【摘要】：目的探討二級篩孔撞擊式空氣微生物采樣器與六級篩孔撞擊式空氣微生物采樣器對空氣中細(xì)菌總數(shù)的測定結(jié)果的差異性。方法在相同的地點和時間,分別使用二級和六級篩孔式空氣微生物采樣器對選定實驗室、醫(yī)院門診大廳和潔凈手術(shù)室的空氣進(jìn)行采樣,采樣流量為28.3 L/min,采集時間為15 min,在37℃生化培養(yǎng)箱分別培養(yǎng)24 h、48 h和72 h后觀察結(jié)果,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果二級與六級篩孔式空氣微生物采樣器在相同環(huán)境相同采集時間并在相同培養(yǎng)條件下的集菌量均無顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論應(yīng)根據(jù)不同監(jiān)測目的選擇適合的采樣器,二級篩孔式空氣微生物采樣器適用于測定空氣中細(xì)菌總數(shù)采樣,六級篩孔式空氣微生物采樣器則更適用于空氣細(xì)菌粒徑大小及分布研究使用。
