【摘要】：目的探討二級(jí)篩孔撞擊式空氣微生物采樣器與六級(jí)篩孔撞擊式空氣微生物采樣器對(duì)空氣中細(xì)菌總數(shù)的測(cè)定結(jié)果的差異性。方法在相同的地點(diǎn)和時(shí)間,分別使用二級(jí)和六級(jí)篩孔式空氣微生物采樣器對(duì)選定實(shí)驗(yàn)室、醫(yī)院門(mén)診大廳和潔凈手術(shù)室的空氣進(jìn)行采樣,采樣流量為28.3 L/min,采集時(shí)間為15 min,在37℃生化培養(yǎng)箱分別培養(yǎng)24 h、48 h和72 h后觀察結(jié)果,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果二級(jí)與六級(jí)篩孔式空氣微生物采樣器在相同環(huán)境相同采集時(shí)間并在相同培養(yǎng)條件下的集菌量均無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論應(yīng)根據(jù)不同監(jiān)測(cè)目的選擇適合的采樣器,二級(jí)篩孔式空氣微生物采樣器適用于測(cè)定空氣中細(xì)菌總數(shù)采樣,六級(jí)篩孔式空氣微生物采樣器則更適用于空氣細(xì)菌粒徑大小及分布研究使用。
