【摘要】：目的全面了解吉林省食源性腹瀉發(fā)生狀況,為今后合理開展食源性腹瀉的預(yù)防工作提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層隨機抽樣方法,對選取的7 353名常住居民進(jìn)行入戶面對面調(diào)查,內(nèi)容包括人群基本情況、臨床癥狀體征、可疑飲食史、治療情況、疾病的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)影響五大類問題。結(jié)果 2012和2013年吉林省居民食源性腹瀉患病率分別為3.66%、2.72%;多因素logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,男性、大學(xué)及以上文化程度、居住在農(nóng)村、離開居住地、第三季度為吉林省居民食源性腹瀉的危險因素。結(jié)論 2013年吉林省居民食源性腹瀉患病率與2012年相比有所下降,男性、大學(xué)及以上文化程度、居住在農(nóng)村、離開居住地的吉林省居民為食源性腹瀉的高發(fā)人群,第三季度為高發(fā)季節(jié),遼源地區(qū)為低發(fā)地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the incidence of foodborne diarrhea in Jilin Province and to provide evidence for the prevention of foodborne diarrhea in the future. Methods the method of stratified random sampling was used to investigate 7 353 permanent residents. The contents included the basic situation of the population, clinical symptoms and signs, history of suspicious diet and treatment. The social and economic impact of disease on the five major problems. Results the prevalence of foodborne diarrhea in Jilin Province in 2012 and 2013 was 3.66 and 2.72 respectively. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male, college and above, living in rural areas and leaving their places of residence, The third quarter was the risk factor of foodborne diarrhea in Jilin Province. Conclusion the prevalence rate of foodborne diarrhea among residents of Jilin Province in 2013 was lower than that in 2012. Male, college and above education level, living in rural areas and leaving the residence of Jilin Province residents were the high incidence of foodborne diarrhea. The third quarter is a high incidence season, Liaoyuan area for low incidence area.
