【摘要】:【目的】增加低核酸含量(LNA)細菌與過濾性細菌之間的認識!痉椒ā坎捎昧魇郊毎夹g(FCM)、變性梯度凝膠電泳(DGGE)及統(tǒng)計學分析研究3種典型淡水環(huán)境中細菌群落與濾過性!窘Y果】LNA細菌與過濾性細菌在數(shù)量上具有很好的相關性(y=0.646x+22.42,R2=0.984,P0.01),細菌的濾過性不僅與細菌大小有關,還與細胞整體形狀及其伸縮性有關;細菌群落組織與LNA細菌比重呈負相關性,而與HNA細菌呈正相關性!窘Y論】0.45μm膜過濾對水樣微生物群落中的LNA細菌具有極強的篩選效果;細菌群落組織與其基于流式細胞技術測定的基因含量具有密切聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:[objective] to increase the understanding between low nucleic acid content (LNA) bacteria and filter bacteria. [methods] flow cytometry, denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) and statistical analysis were used to study the relationship between bacterial communities and bacteria in three typical freshwater environments. [results] there was a good correlation between the number of LNA bacteria and the number of filter bacteria. The filterability of LNA bacteria was not only related to the size of bacteria, but also to the number of bacteria. There was a negative correlation between bacterial community and the specific gravity of LNA bacteria, but a positive correlation with HNA bacteria. [conclusion] 0.45 渭 m membrane filtration has a strong screening effect on LNA bacteria in water sample microbial community. Bacterial community tissue is closely related to the gene content determined by flow cytometry.
