【摘要】：目的觀察內(nèi)鏡清洗消毒機應用不同消毒劑,在不同溫度下,對內(nèi)鏡模擬體的消毒效果。方法采用載體定量殺菌試驗方法,對清洗消毒機應用不同消毒劑,在不同溫度下,對內(nèi)鏡模擬體的消毒效果進行實驗觀察。結果內(nèi)鏡清洗消毒機對模擬內(nèi)鏡體清洗消毒,分別采用20 g/L戊二醛消毒劑,溫度控制在23℃、作用10 min,溫度控制在45℃、作用5 min;采用絡合氯器械消毒液,溫度控制在23℃、作用5 min,溫度控制在38℃、作用3 min,對染于模擬內(nèi)鏡體50、500、950 mm處的枯草桿菌黑色變種芽胞的平均殺滅對數(shù)值均3。結論清洗消毒機應用兩種消毒劑對內(nèi)鏡模擬體的消毒效果均合格,升溫狀態(tài)下可縮短消毒時間。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of different disinfectants in endoscope cleaning and disinfecting machine. Methods using carrier quantitative germicidal test, different disinfectants were applied to cleaning and disinfecting machine, and the disinfection effect of the simulant of endoscope was observed at different temperature.
