【摘要】：目的分析2009-2015年陜西省人狂犬病發(fā)病情況和流行特征,探討其發(fā)病的規(guī)律和趨勢,為采取針對性防控策略提供依據(jù)。方法收集2009-2015年陜西省狂犬病疫情監(jiān)測資料進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 2009-2015年陜西省共報告狂犬病274例,年發(fā)病率為0.104/10萬,其中21.9%的病例在2012年報告。6-10月是發(fā)病的高峰季節(jié),報告病例數(shù)占總數(shù)的56.2%,又以8月(12.8%)和9月(12.4%)最多。病例以農(nóng)民、學生和散居兒童為主,分別占總數(shù)的81.8%、7.7%和2.9%。男女性別比為2.34:1,年齡發(fā)病曲線呈"低齡組"和"高齡組"兩個高峰,病例構(gòu)成以40~69歲年齡組(68.6%)和0~14歲組(11.3%)為主。全省53.7%(58/108)的縣有病例報告,疫情由陜南經(jīng)關(guān)中逐漸蔓延到陜北,但主要仍以關(guān)中和陜南地區(qū)流行為主。48.2%的病例發(fā)病后3 d內(nèi)獲得診斷,病例發(fā)病至死亡的時間中位數(shù)為9 d(四分位數(shù)6~18 d),發(fā)病后7 d內(nèi)39.8%的病例死亡。結(jié)論陜西省人狂犬病以陜南和關(guān)中地區(qū)高發(fā)為主,農(nóng)民、男性以及15歲以下兒童和40~69歲年齡組是發(fā)病重點人群,應(yīng)在高發(fā)季節(jié)針對高發(fā)地區(qū)的重點人群加強精準防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the incidence and epidemic characteristics of rabies in Shaanxi Province from 2009 to 2015, and to explore the regularity and trend of rabies in Shaanxi Province, and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of rabies. Methods the surveillance data of rabies in Shaanxi Province from 2009 to 2015 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results 274 cases of rabies were reported from 2009 to 2015 in Shaanxi Province, and the annual incidence rate was 0.104 / 100 000. Among them, 21.9% of the cases were the peak season in the reporting period from June to October of 2012, and the number of reported cases accounted for 56.2% of the total. The main cases were farmers, students and scattered children, accounting for 81.8% and 2.9% of the total respectively. The sex ratio of male to female was 2.34: 1. The incidence curve of age was the peak of "low age group" and "old age group". The case composition was mainly composed of 40 ~ 69 years old age group (68.6%) and 0 ~ 14 years old group (11.3%). Case reports were reported in 53.7% / 108 counties of the province. The epidemic spread gradually from southern Shaanxi to northern Shaanxi. However, the main cases were still diagnosed within 3 days after the onset of the disease, mainly in Guanzhong and southern Shaanxi areas. The median time from onset to death was 9 days (quartile 6: 18 d). 39.8% of the cases died within 7 days after onset. Conclusion the incidence of rabies is mainly in southern Shaanxi and Guanzhong. Farmers, males, children under 15 and age group 4069 are the key population of rabies in Shaanxi province, and the precise prevention and control of rabies should be strengthened in the high incidence season for the key population in the high incidence area.
