某燃煤電廠脫硝系統(tǒng)職業(yè)病危害因素的調(diào)查與評價(jià)

【摘要】:目的: 通過對該燃煤電廠脫硝工藝系統(tǒng)中可能存在的職業(yè)病危害因素的調(diào)查,分析和明確該項(xiàng)目可能產(chǎn)生的職業(yè)病危害因素的種類和產(chǎn)生的主要環(huán)節(jié);通過檢測該項(xiàng)目中主要化學(xué)和物理性職業(yè)病危害因素的濃度或強(qiáng)度,并對該項(xiàng)目中存在的主要職業(yè)病危害因素進(jìn)行評價(jià),保障該項(xiàng)目為勞動(dòng)者創(chuàng)造符合國家職業(yè)衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和衛(wèi)生要求的工作環(huán)境和條件,并采取措施保障勞動(dòng)者獲得職業(yè)衛(wèi)生保護(hù)。 方法: 1.職業(yè)衛(wèi)生學(xué)現(xiàn)場調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括:該項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)工藝過程,識別和確定生產(chǎn)中存在的職業(yè)病危害因素種類;核查作業(yè)場所職業(yè)病危害防護(hù)設(shè)施、應(yīng)急救援設(shè)施、個(gè)人使用的職業(yè)病防護(hù)用品、職業(yè)病危害警示標(biāo)識配置等措施的落實(shí)情況。 2.依據(jù)國家相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,在該項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行正常情況下,對生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的職業(yè)病危害因素進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場檢測和實(shí)驗(yàn)室分析,對該項(xiàng)目工作場所職業(yè)病危害因素的濃(強(qiáng))度以及職業(yè)病危害防護(hù)設(shè)施的防護(hù)效果進(jìn)行評定。 結(jié)果: 1.職業(yè)衛(wèi)生現(xiàn)場調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,該電廠脫硝系統(tǒng)主要存在CO、CO_2、NO_x、SO_2、NH_3、爐灰塵、噪聲及高溫等職業(yè)病危害因素。 2.在該項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行正常情況下,對工作地點(diǎn)空氣中CO、CO_2、NO_x、SO_2、NH_3、爐灰塵現(xiàn)場采樣檢測結(jié)果表明,工作場所空氣中CO、CO_2、NO_x、SO_2、NH_3、爐灰塵短時(shí)間接觸濃度均符合國家職業(yè)衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限值。在稀釋風(fēng)機(jī)工作地點(diǎn)噪聲強(qiáng)度超過國家職業(yè)衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其他工作地點(diǎn)噪聲強(qiáng)度符合國家職業(yè)衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限值。 3.職業(yè)病防護(hù)措施方面,工作場所備有較完善的個(gè)人防護(hù)用品和應(yīng)急救援措施。工作場所設(shè)置有職業(yè)安全警示標(biāo)識,,但氨灌區(qū)等有毒氣體處無警示宣傳牌。 結(jié)論: 1.該電廠脫硝系統(tǒng)中主要存在CO、CO_2、NO_x、SO_2、NH_3、V_2O_5、爐灰塵、噪聲及高溫等職業(yè)病危害因素,其中NH_3、V_2O_5、粉塵和噪聲是脫硝工藝的職業(yè)病危害關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)。 2.該項(xiàng)目采取了必要的職業(yè)病危害防護(hù)措施,對預(yù)防和控制職業(yè)病的發(fā)生具有一定的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: Through the investigation of the possible occupational hazard factors in the denitrification process system of the coal-fired power plant, the types and main links of the occupational disease hazard factors that may be produced in the project are analyzed and clarified. By detecting the concentration or intensity of the main chemical and physical occupational hazards in the project, and evaluating the main occupational hazard factors in the project, To ensure that the project creates a working environment and conditions that meet the national occupational health standards and health requirements, and to take measures to ensure workers' access to occupational health protection. Methods: 1. The contents of the on-site investigation of occupational hygiene include: the production process of the project, the identification and determination of the types of occupational disease hazard factors existing in the production, the verification of the occupational disease hazard protection facilities in the workplace, and the emergency rescue facilities, Personal use of occupational disease protection equipment, occupational hazards warning signs and other measures to implement the situation. 2. In accordance with the requirements of the relevant national technical specifications and standards, under the normal operation of the project, the occupational hazard factors produced in the production process are detected on the spot and analyzed in the laboratory. The intensity (intensity) of occupational hazard factors and the protective effect of occupational hazards protection facilities in the workplace of the project were evaluated. Results: 1. The results of the occupational health field investigation show that the main hazard factors of the denitrification system in this power plant are COCOC _ (2) no _ (x) so _ (2) NH _ (3), furnace dust, noise and high temperature. 2. Under the normal operation of the project, the results of on-site sampling and detection of the COCOC _ 2NOX _ XO _ 2NH _ 3 in the air of the workplace show that the COCOCO2NOxso _ 2o _ 2 / NH _ 3 in the air of the workplace is in line with the national occupational health standard limit for the short time contact concentration of the furnace dust. The results show that the number of COCOO _ 2O _ x so _ 2 / NH _ 3 in the air of the workplace is in accordance with the national occupational health standard. The noise intensity of the dilute fan in the working place exceeds the national occupational health standard, and the noise intensity in other workplaces conforms to the national occupational health standard limit. 3. Occupational disease prevention measures, the workplace with more complete personal protective equipment and emergency rescue measures. Workplace has occupational safety warning signs, but ammonia irrigation areas and other toxic gases without warning signs. Conclusion: 1. In the denitrification system of the power plant, there are main hazard factors of occupational disease, such as COCO2CO2NOSXSO2C, NH3SO2S, NH3V2O5, furnace dust, noise and high temperature. Among them, NH3 / V2O5, dust and noise are the key control points of occupational disease hazard in denitrification process. 2. The project has taken necessary measures to prevent and control occupational diseases.
