【摘要】：目的探討核桃補(bǔ)充飲食對(duì)發(fā)育期小鼠認(rèn)知功能的影響。方法初斷乳昆明小鼠60只,體質(zhì)量11~14g,分為:對(duì)照(常規(guī)飼料)、3%核桃和6%核桃(在常規(guī)飼料里核桃的配比分別為3%、6%)三組,分別采用曠場(chǎng)箱、避暗箱及八臂迷宮檢測(cè)小鼠的自發(fā)活動(dòng)、被動(dòng)逃避能力及空間學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力,對(duì)比研究核桃對(duì)小鼠認(rèn)知功能的改善作用。結(jié)果核桃干預(yù)對(duì)小鼠的攝食行為和體質(zhì)量無(wú)影響。與對(duì)照組比,3%、6%核桃干預(yù)后小鼠的自主活動(dòng)能力提高(P0.05);3%核桃組探索活性增強(qiáng)(P0.05),6%核桃組探索活性亦有增強(qiáng)趨勢(shì)。八臂迷宮測(cè)試中,三組的總探索時(shí)間、參考記憶錯(cuò)誤次數(shù)和工作記憶錯(cuò)誤次數(shù)隨天數(shù)增加均呈下降趨勢(shì)。兩個(gè)核桃干預(yù)組的參考記憶、工作記憶錯(cuò)誤次數(shù)明顯少于對(duì)照組(P0.05),探索時(shí)間明顯縮短(P0.05)。結(jié)論核桃干預(yù)6w后,可使小鼠的自發(fā)活動(dòng)能力增強(qiáng)、空間學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力顯著提高,提示核桃能夠明顯改善發(fā)育期小鼠的認(rèn)知功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of walnut supplementary diet on cognitive function in developing mice. Methods Sixty newly weaned Kunming mice were divided into three groups: control group (3% walnut and 6% walnut) and control group (3% walnut and 6% walnut in the normal diet) were divided into three groups, which were divided into three groups: control group (3% walnut and 6% walnut). The spontaneous activity, passive escape ability and spatial learning and memory ability of mice were detected by avoiding dark box and eight arm labyrinth. The effects of walnut on cognitive function of mice were compared. Results Walnut intervention had no effect on feeding behavior and body mass of mice. Compared with the control group, the autonomous activity of mice treated with 6% P0.05% walnut was increased, and the exploring activity of P0.05 + 3% walnut group was enhanced. The exploring activity of P0.05 + 6% walnut group also showed a tendency to increase. In the eight-arm maze test, the total exploration time, the number of reference memory errors and the number of working memory errors decreased with the increase of the number of days. The number of working memory errors in the two walnut intervention groups was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the exploration time was significantly shortened. Conclusion the ability of spontaneous activity and spatial learning and memory were enhanced after 6 weeks of walnut intervention, suggesting that walnut could obviously improve the cognitive function of developing mice.
