職業(yè)性噪聲接觸對我國女工生殖功能影響Meta分析

【摘要】:目的綜合分析職業(yè)性噪聲接觸對我國女工生殖功能的影響。方法采用文獻計量學法,通過中國知網(wǎng)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國生物醫(yī)學文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫和中國科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫,檢索、收集、篩選1985—2016年發(fā)表在國內(nèi)學術(shù)期刊上關(guān)于職業(yè)性噪聲接觸與作業(yè)女工生殖功能關(guān)系研究的文獻,采用Rev Man 5.2軟件對入選文獻進行數(shù)據(jù)合并分析,計算合并比值比(OR)及其95%可信區(qū)間(CI)。結(jié)果共納入25篇文獻。與對照組比較,職業(yè)性噪聲接觸與女工月經(jīng)周期異常(OR=2.26,95%CI:1.70~3.01)、痛經(jīng)(OR=2.21,95%CI:1.78~2.75)、經(jīng)期異常(OR=2.11,95%CI:1.40~3.18)、經(jīng)量異常(OR=1.73,95%CI:1.34~2.23)、妊娠高血壓(OR=1.82,95%CI:1.49~2.22)、妊娠貧血(OR=1.71,95%CI:1.25~2.34)、先兆流產(chǎn)(OR=1.98,95%CI:1.23~3.20)、自然流產(chǎn)(OR=1.76,95%CI:1.49~2.08)、死胎死產(chǎn)(OR=1.61,95%CI:1.22~2.13)、早產(chǎn)(OR=1.57,95%CI:1.36~1.81)和女工子代的低出生體質(zhì)量(OR=1.66,95%CI:1.39~1.98)、先天畸形(OR=1.58,95%CI:1.10~2.27)的關(guān)聯(lián)性均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01);噪聲接觸強度與上述敏感指標存在劑量-反應關(guān)系。與對照組比較,職業(yè)性噪聲接觸與女工過期產(chǎn)(OR=1.32,95%CI:0.81~2.15)的關(guān)聯(lián)性無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論職業(yè)性噪聲接觸可影響女工的生殖功能和妊娠結(jié)局;孕婦不應從事噪聲作業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of occupational noise exposure on reproductive function of female workers in China. Methods the bibliometrics was used to retrieve and collect the data from China knowledge Network, Wanfang Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Chinese Sci-tech Journals Database. The literature on the relationship between occupational noise exposure and the reproductive function of female workers was selected from 1985 to 2016, and the data of the selected papers were analyzed by Rev Man 5.2 software, which was published in the academic journals of China from 1985 to 2016, and analyzed the relationship between occupational noise exposure and reproductive function of female workers. The combined ratio (OR) and its 95% confidence interval (CI) were calculated. Results A total of 25 articles were included.
