運(yùn)動(dòng)對急性暴露于2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并二惡英大鼠肝組織酶活性的影響

【摘要】:為了研究運(yùn)動(dòng)對2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并二惡英(2,3,7,8-TCDD)急性暴露大鼠肝組織酶活性的影響,將40只雄性Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為正常對照組(NC)、染毒組(NT)、運(yùn)動(dòng)對照組(EC)、運(yùn)動(dòng)染毒組(ET)。染毒組(NT組與ET組)腹腔注射10μg·kg-1(以單位體重計(jì))的TCDD,對照組(NC組與EC組)腹腔注射等量的玉米油;NT、NC組靜養(yǎng)4周,ET、EC組運(yùn)動(dòng)(尾部負(fù)重5%游泳30分鐘)4周。4周后,稱重并宰殺大鼠,分離肝組織,稱重后-80℃保存待測7-乙氧基異吩惡唑酮脫乙基酶(EROD)、7-乙氧基香豆素-O-脫乙基酶(ECOD)及芳香烴羥化酶(AHH)的活性。將數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行多因素方差分析(MAVONA)處理,結(jié)果表明,染毒可降低大鼠體重,增加肝濕重和肝相對重量、增加EROD、ECOD活性;運(yùn)動(dòng)可增加大鼠肝相對重量、增加AHH的活性;染毒后運(yùn)動(dòng)可降低EROD、ECOD的活性。結(jié)論:急性10μg·kg-1(以單位體重計(jì))TCDD染毒后4周可增加大鼠肝相對重量;4周的運(yùn)動(dòng)能有效降低TCDD對EROD、ECOD活性的激活作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of exercise on the activity of hepatic enzyme in rats exposed to acute exposure to TCDD, 40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group, exercise control group, and exercise exposure group.
