【摘要】：目的了解老年吸煙人群的戒煙意愿及影響因素,為探索重點(diǎn)控?zé)熑巳杭爸贫▊�(gè)性化控?zé)煵呗蕴峁┮罁?jù)。方法采用多階段抽樣方法,選取在社區(qū)接受體檢的老年吸煙者作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,以一對(duì)一問詢的方式進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。采用描述性分析、χ2檢驗(yàn)(單因素)和logistic回歸(多因素)等方法分析調(diào)查對(duì)象的戒煙意愿及其影響因素。結(jié)果本次調(diào)查的戒煙意愿率為12.1%。單因素分析結(jié)果顯示:戒煙意愿與吸煙年限、平均每日吸煙量、平均每月吸煙花費(fèi)、晨起吸第1支煙時(shí)間、既往戒煙經(jīng)歷、對(duì)煙草中危害物質(zhì)及其引起呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病的認(rèn)知、自我健康評(píng)分、控?zé)熜碳懊赓M(fèi)給藥刺激等因素有關(guān)(P0.05)。進(jìn)一步的多因素分析結(jié)果表明:既往戒煙經(jīng)歷(OR=2.940,95%CI:1.098~7.867)、對(duì)吸煙引起呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病的認(rèn)知(OR=4.343,95%CI:1.503~12.551)及免費(fèi)給藥刺激(OR=17.658,95%CI:6.380~48.877)是戒煙意愿的影響因素。結(jié)論老年吸煙者是一個(gè)特殊的吸煙群體,應(yīng)充分考慮個(gè)人及環(huán)境因素對(duì)戒煙意愿的影響,加強(qiáng)健康宣教,配合有效的政策干預(yù)措施,促使其戒煙。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the smoking cessation intention and influencing factors of the aged smokers, and to provide the basis for the exploration of key smoking control population and the establishment of individualized tobacco control strategies. Methods A multistage sampling method was used to investigate the elderly smokers who received physical examination in the community. Descriptive analysis, 蠂 2 test (single factor) and logistic regression (multiple factors) were used to analyze the smoking cessation intention and its influencing factors. Results the rate of willingness to quit smoking was 12. 1%. The results of univariate analysis showed that: the willingness to quit smoking, the number of years of smoking, the average daily smoking, the average monthly smoking cost, the first smoking time from the morning, the past smoking cessation experience, the cognition of the harmful substances in tobacco and its causes of respiratory diseases. Self-health score, smoking control education and free drug stimulation were related to P0. 05. The results of further multivariate analysis showed that the past smoking cessation experience was 2.940995 CI: 1.098 and 7.867; the cognitive knowledge of respiratory diseases caused by smoking was 4.34395CI: 1.503951.551) and the free administration of the stimulative drug was 17.658 + 95: 6.38048.877) which was the influencing factor of the willingness to quit smoking. Conclusion elderly smokers are a special smoking group. The influence of personal and environmental factors on the willingness to quit should be fully considered, health education should be strengthened, and effective policy intervention should be combined to urge them to quit smoking.
