【摘要】：目的評估《接種疫苗-預防疾病》口袋書的知識傳遞效果,了解兒童家長和孕婦對口袋書內(nèi)容的評價。方法采用匿名自填問卷形式分別在預防接種門診對0-11月齡兒童監(jiān)護人閱讀口袋書前后開展調(diào)查,在婦幼保健院對孕婦閱讀或講座前后開展調(diào)查,評價預防接種知識得分。結(jié)果口袋書閱讀前、后各486名兒童監(jiān)護人的預防接種知識平均得分分別為10.07(±3.11)分、12.00(±3.08)分(t=9.68,P0.001)。120名孕婦閱讀口袋書前、后平均得分分別為8.39(±4.02)分、12.90(±3.02)分(t=13.49,P0.001);120名孕婦參加知識講座前、后平均得分分別為9.12(±3.63)分、13.43(±2.92)分(t=12.68,P0.001)。閱讀組與講座兩組孕婦平均提高得分無顯著性差異(t=0.31,P0.05)。90%以上的調(diào)查對象表示口袋書能夠讀懂、內(nèi)容清晰、能提供有效信息及解釋相關(guān)疑問。結(jié)論口袋書可有效提高兒童監(jiān)護人、孕婦的疫苗接種相關(guān)知識水平,建議更廣泛地推廣預防接種口袋書。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of knowledge transfer in the pocket book of vaccinations-Prevention of Disease and to understand the evaluation of the contents of the pocket book by parents and pregnant women. Methods A self-administered anonymous questionnaire was conducted before and after the guardian of 0-11 months old children read the pocket book in the vaccination clinic, and the pregnant women were investigated before and after reading or lectures in MCH hospital, and the scores of vaccination knowledge were evaluated. Results before reading pocket books, the average score of vaccination knowledge of 486 child guardians after reading pocket books was 10.07 (鹵3.11) and 12.00 (鹵3.08), respectively. Before reading pocket books, the average scores of 120 pregnant women were 8.39 (鹵4.02) and 12.90 (鹵3.02) respectively. The average score was 9.12 (鹵3.63) and 13.43 (鹵2.92), respectively. There was no significant difference in the average scores of pregnant women between the reading group and the lecture group. More than 0.31% of the subjects indicated that the pocket book could be read clearly and could provide effective information and explain the related questions. Conclusion the pocket book can effectively improve the knowledge level of children's guardians and pregnant women. It is suggested that the pocket book of vaccination should be popularized more widely.
