某有機硅聚硅氧烷生產企業(yè)職業(yè)病危害調查和評價

【摘要】:【目的】掌握有機硅生產企業(yè)中存在的職業(yè)病危害因素,了解該類企業(yè)職業(yè)病危害因素的發(fā)生規(guī)律和分布特點,以確定其職業(yè)病控制措施是否有效。從源頭控制和盡可能地消除職業(yè)病危害因素,保護勞動者的健康。 【方法】選擇某有機硅聚硅氧烷生產企業(yè),從了解其工藝過程入手,在進行系統(tǒng)工程分析的基礎上,識別和分析該企業(yè)生產過程中可能存在的職業(yè)病危害因素及其產生環(huán)節(jié)、接觸途徑以及主要健康危害,并進行現場取樣分析。對企業(yè)選址及平面布局、采取的職業(yè)病防護措施、職業(yè)病危害因素現場檢測結果、職業(yè)健康檢查資料、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理制度等方面進行調查和評價,對存在的問題提出改進建議。 【結果】該企業(yè)存在的職業(yè)病危害因素為氯化氫、鹽酸、甲醇、氯甲烷、二甲醚、硫酸、正庚烷、氫氧化鈉、過氧化氫、天然氣(甲烷)、氨、氧化鈣、三氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷、三甲基氯硅烷、甲基氫二氯硅烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、銅塵、其他粉塵、噪聲、高溫、工頻電場、電離輻射等。檢測的職業(yè)病危害因素中毒物濃度和噪聲強度、電離輻射強度均在國家職業(yè)衛(wèi)生標準規(guī)定的接觸限值之內,,表明該企業(yè)所采取的職業(yè)病危害控制技術措施和管理措施基本有效。該企業(yè)試運行以來未發(fā)生職業(yè)病危害事故,也無確診、疑似職業(yè)病患者。 【結論】該企業(yè)針對多種職業(yè)病危害因素,采取的職業(yè)病危害控制技術措施、管理措施基本有效,滿足職業(yè)病防治相關標準、規(guī)范的要求。職業(yè)病危害因素控制效果良好。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the occurrence and distribution characteristics of occupational disease hazard factors in silicone production enterprises, and to determine whether the occupational disease control measures are effective. To control and eliminate occupational hazards as far as possible and to protect the health of workers. [methods] A certain silicone polysiloxane production enterprise was selected. Based on the systematic engineering analysis, the possible occupational hazard factors and their production links in the production process of the enterprise were identified and analyzed. Methods of exposure and major health hazards, and site sampling analysis. This paper investigates and evaluates the site selection and plane layout of enterprises, the measures of occupational disease prevention, the results of on-site detection of occupational disease hazard factors, the data of occupational health examination, and the management system of occupational health, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the existing problems. [results] the occupational hazard factors in this enterprise are hydrogen chloride, hydrochloric acid, methanol, chloromethane, dimethyl ether, sulfuric acid, n-heptane, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, natural gas (methane, ammonia, calcium oxide, trichlorosilane), Dimethyl dichlorosilane, trimethyl chlorosilane, methyl hydrodichlorosilane, polydimethylsiloxane, copper dust, other dust, noise, high temperature, power frequency electric field, ionizing radiation, etc. The concentration of poison, the intensity of noise and the intensity of ionizing radiation are within the limits of the national occupational health standard, which indicates that the technical measures and management measures of occupational hazard control adopted by the enterprise are basically effective. Since the trial operation, there have been no occupational hazard accidents, no diagnosis, suspected occupational disease patients. [conclusion] the technical measures of occupational disease hazard control adopted by this enterprise are effective and meet the requirements of occupational disease prevention and control standards and norms. The control effect of occupational disease hazard factors is good.
