【摘要】：目的了解北京某衛(wèi)生職業(yè)學(xué)校中職女生性相關(guān)行為的流行現(xiàn)狀、變化趨勢(shì)以及影響因素,為開展學(xué)生健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法采取整群抽樣的方法,分別于2011年、2013年對(duì)同一所學(xué)校一、二年級(jí)全體在校女生進(jìn)行無記名自填問卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括研究對(duì)象的基本情況、性相關(guān)行為、其他健康相關(guān)行為情況。對(duì)被調(diào)查女生2011、2013年的性相關(guān)行為進(jìn)行比較研究及多元Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果被調(diào)查女生2011年、2013年異性性行為的報(bào)告率分別為6.4%和7.7%,發(fā)生異性性行為的女生中最近一次性行為安全套的使用率分別為53.0%和59.7%,多性伴報(bào)告率分別為27.3%和37.5%,被迫性行為報(bào)告率分別為16.7%和18.1%,差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),被調(diào)查女生中隨年級(jí)升高(OR=0.475,95%CI:0.032~0.700)、不住校(OR=0.658,95%CI:0.432~1.002)、曾經(jīng)有自殺相關(guān)意念或行為(OR=0.578,95%CI:0.391~0.854)、吸煙(OR=0.296,95%CI:0.195~0.451)、醉酒(OR=0.466,95%CI:0.316~0.688)、有男朋友(OR=0.115,95%CI:0.063~0.208)是發(fā)生異性性行為的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論 2013年與2011年比較被調(diào)查女生性相關(guān)行為無明顯差異,高年級(jí)、不住校、曾經(jīng)有自殺相關(guān)意念或行為、吸煙、醉酒、有男朋友的女生易發(fā)生異性性行為,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)該類女生開展相應(yīng)健康教育活動(dòng),引導(dǎo)其建立正確的性觀念和采取安全性行為,并減少其他健康危險(xiǎn)行為的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence trend and influencing factors of sex-related behaviors among female students in a health vocational school in Beijing so as to provide evidence for the development of students' health education. Methods A cluster sampling survey was conducted in 2011 and 2013 among the first and second graders of the same school. The contents of the survey included the basic information of the subjects and the behaviors related to sex. Other health related behaviors. A comparative study and multiple Logistic regression analysis were carried out on sexual related behaviors of female students in 2011 and 2013. Results in 2011 and 2013, the reported rates of heterosexual sex were 6.4% and 7.7%, respectively. The rate of condom use of the most recent sex was 53.0% and 59.7%, and the reporting rate of sexual partners was 27.3% and 37.5%, respectively. The reported rate of forced behavior was 16.7% and 18.1%, respectively. The difference was not statistically significant. Logistic regression analysis showed that, Among the female students surveyed, there were 0.47595 CI0.032: 0.700, OR0.65895 / 95 CI0.4321.002, there were suicide-related thoughts or behaviors 0.57895 CI0.3910.854, smoking OR0.29695CIU 0.195 0.451, drunken Orr 0.46695CI0.3160.688and boyfriend OR0.11595CI0.0630.208were risk factors for heterosexual sex. Conclusion there was no significant difference in sex-related behaviors between 2013 and 2011. Female students who were older, did not live in school, had suicide-related thoughts or behaviors, smoked, drunk, and had boyfriends were more likely to have heterosexual sex. We should strengthen the health education activities for these girls, guide them to establish the correct sexual concept and adopt safe sex, and reduce the occurrence of other health risk behaviors.
