【摘要】:隨著環(huán)保物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)的推進(jìn),我國將在十二五期間建設(shè)立體的、全方位的環(huán)境監(jiān)控體系。本課題以移動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸應(yīng)用為目標(biāo),依托目前無線覆蓋面積最大的移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),設(shè)計(jì)了一款對采集數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控功能的嵌入式設(shè)備,為天津市乃至全國節(jié)能減排、重點(diǎn)污染源實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控以及重大環(huán)保污染事件應(yīng)急監(jiān)控處理提供技術(shù)支撐。本課題提出了基于ARM11的環(huán)保專用污染源數(shù)據(jù)采集傳輸儀的設(shè)計(jì)方案,以國家環(huán)保部發(fā)布的"污染源在線自動(dòng)監(jiān)控(監(jiān)測)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"(HJ/T212)和"污染源在線自動(dòng)監(jiān)控(監(jiān)測)數(shù)據(jù)采集傳輸儀技術(shù)要求"(HJ 477)為設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);以天津市環(huán)保物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的建立為遠(yuǎn)期愿景。 本論文設(shè)計(jì)的基于ARM11的環(huán)保專用污染源數(shù)據(jù)采集傳輸儀具備以下技術(shù)特點(diǎn): 1、依托新一代三星S3C6410處理器構(gòu)建ARM平臺,設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)的輔助的A/D采樣模塊,可采集8個(gè)通道模擬量(4mA~20mA電流輸入),分辨率達(dá)到12位; 2、通過拓展芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)5個(gè)RS232(或RS485)數(shù)字輸入通道,用于連接監(jiān)測儀表,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)、命令雙向傳輸; 3、同時(shí)支持無線、有線兩種網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸方式,以Siemens MC39i模塊構(gòu)建DTU實(shí)現(xiàn)GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸,同時(shí)通過DM9000網(wǎng)絡(luò)芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)以太網(wǎng)傳輸; 4、自行設(shè)計(jì)了電源模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了外部供電電源與備用電池協(xié)同供電的功能,滿足國標(biāo)HJ 477“在外部電源切斷后仍然能夠滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)至少六小時(shí)”的要求; 5、在軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)方面,在定制Windows CE嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)了嵌入式軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)通信協(xié)議(國標(biāo)HJ/T212)和人機(jī)交互功能; 6、本設(shè)計(jì)引入SQLite技術(shù)在嵌入式系統(tǒng)上建立污染信息數(shù)據(jù)庫,為后續(xù)開發(fā)環(huán)保物聯(lián)網(wǎng)云計(jì)算應(yīng)用提供可靠和高效的數(shù)據(jù)來源。 基于上述方案開發(fā)的污染源數(shù)據(jù)采集傳輸儀TY-001型已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)小批量生產(chǎn),樣機(jī)可通過模擬/數(shù)字接口實(shí)現(xiàn)和CEMS系統(tǒng)及水質(zhì)監(jiān)測儀器的成功對接,數(shù)據(jù)采集穩(wěn)定可靠。目前本樣機(jī)已通過天津市質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)站的EMC、高低溫疲勞試驗(yàn)等測試,同時(shí)儀器精度和通訊協(xié)議也通過了中國環(huán)境監(jiān)測總站的鑒定,等最后一項(xiàng)MTBF(60天平均無故障連續(xù)運(yùn)行時(shí)間)測試通過后,就可獲取國家環(huán)保產(chǎn)品資質(zhì)證書,正式進(jìn)入國內(nèi)市場。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the construction of the Internet of environmental protection, China will build a three-dimensional and omni-directional environment monitoring system in the period of 12th Five-Year. Based on the mobile data transmission application as the target, and relying on the mobile network with the largest wireless coverage area, an embedded device for real-time monitoring of data acquisition is designed, which is the Tianjin City It provides technical support to the national energy conservation and emission reduction, the real-time monitoring of the key pollution sources and the emergency monitoring and treatment of major environmental pollution events. The project proposed the design scheme of the data collection and transmission instrument for environmental protection special pollution sources based on ARM11, and the data transmission standard of the "on-line automatic monitoring and control (monitoring) system of pollution sources" issued by the Ministry of environmental protection of the State Environmental Protection (HJ/T) 212) and the technical requirements of the "on-line automatic monitoring and monitoring (monitoring) data acquisition and transmission instrument" (HJ 477) as the design standard, and the establishment of the Tianjin environmental protection network as a long-term vision.
The ARM11 based environmental data acquisition and transmission instrument for pollution sources has the following characteristics:
1, based on the new generation of Samsung S3C6410 processor, the ARM platform is constructed, and the auxiliary A/D sampling module is designed and developed, which can collect 8 channel analog (4mA~20mA current input) and reach a resolution of 12 bits.
2, by expanding the chip, 5 RS232 (or RS485) digital input channels can be used to connect monitoring instruments to achieve two-way transmission of data and commands.
3, at the same time, it supports two transmission modes of wireless and wired network, and the GPRS network transmission is realized by Siemens MC39i module, and Ethernet transmission is realized by DM9000 network chip.
4, the power module is designed by ourselves, which realizes the function of power supply of external power supply and standby battery, and meets the requirements of national standard HJ 477 "for at least six hours after the external power supply is cut off."
5, on the basis of customizing Windows CE embedded operating system, the communication protocol (national standard HJ/T212) and human-computer interaction function of embedded software are developed on the basis of software implementation.
6, the design introduces the SQLite technology to build the pollution information database on the embedded system, and provides reliable and efficient data sources for the future development of the cloud computing application of the environmental protection network.
The TY-001 model of the source data acquisition and transmission based on the above scheme has achieved small batch production. The prototype can be successfully butted with the analog / digital interface with the CEMS system and the water quality monitoring instrument, and the data collection is stable and reliable. At present, the prototype has passed the EMC of the Tianjin quality supervision and inspection station, the high temperature fatigue test and so on. At the same time, the instrument accuracy and communication protocol have also passed the identification of the China environmental monitoring station. After the last MTBF (60 day failure continuous running time) test passed, the qualification certificate of national environmental protection products can be obtained and formally entered the domestic market.
