【摘要】：目的探討技工型企業(yè)員工應(yīng)付方式與心理健康的關(guān)系,為提高其心理健康水平提供依據(jù)。方法采用應(yīng)付方式問卷(CSQ)和癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)對(duì)875名技工型企業(yè)員工進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果女性較男性技工更多采用更成熟的應(yīng)付方式,但心理問題仍較后者多;中級(jí)技工比高級(jí)技工采用了更多不成熟和混合型的應(yīng)付方式,且存在更多的心理問題(均P0.05)。技工型企業(yè)員工的心理健康與其應(yīng)對(duì)方式中的求助、自責(zé)、幻想、退避和合理化5個(gè)因子相關(guān)均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,心理健康篩查陽性和陰性組被試的應(yīng)對(duì)方式差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,且回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)求助和自責(zé)是個(gè)體心理健康重要的調(diào)節(jié)變量(均P0.05)。員工心理健康與不成熟型、混合型應(yīng)對(duì)方式的相關(guān)系數(shù)(r值為0.259~0.361)遠(yuǎn)大于其與成熟型應(yīng)對(duì)方式的相關(guān)(r值為-0.080~-0.118);且回歸分析也發(fā)現(xiàn),自責(zé)對(duì)心理健康的負(fù)向影響大于求助對(duì)心理健康的正向影響(0.386 vs-0.148),自責(zé)在所有6個(gè)應(yīng)付因子中對(duì)心理健康的影響最大。結(jié)論技工型企業(yè)員工的應(yīng)付方式與心理健康相關(guān),且不成熟型應(yīng)付的破壞作用大于成熟型應(yīng)付的保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between coping style and mental health of skilled workers in order to improve their mental health level. Methods the coping style questionnaire (CSQ) and symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) were used to investigate 875 skilled workers. Results the female adopted more mature coping style than the male craftsman, but the psychological problem was still more than the latter, and the intermediate craftsman adopted more immature and mixed coping style than the senior craftsman, and there were more psychological problems (all P 0.05). The mental health of the employees in the craftsman enterprises was significantly correlated with the five factors of seeking help, self-reproach, fantasy, retreat and rationalization in their coping styles. The differences of coping styles between the positive and negative groups of mental health screening were statistically significant. Regression analysis showed that seeking help and self-blame were important regulating variables of individual mental health (all P 0.05). The correlation coefficient (r) between mental health and immature type and mixed coping style was 0.259 and 0.361), which was much higher than that between mixed coping style and mature coping style, and the regression analysis also found that the correlation coefficient of mental health and immature coping style was -0.080 ~ 0.118%. The negative effect of self-blame on mental health was greater than that on mental health by asking for help (0.386 vs-0.148), and self-blame had the greatest effect on mental health among all the six coping factors. Conclusion the coping style of skilled workers is related to mental health, and the destructive effect of immature coping is greater than that of mature coping.
