農(nóng)村學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善計(jì)劃地區(qū)學(xué)生就餐滿意度

【摘要】:目的分析農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善計(jì)劃(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"農(nóng)村學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善計(jì)劃")地區(qū)學(xué)生在校就餐滿意度,為促進(jìn)學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法從實(shí)施"農(nóng)村學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善計(jì)劃"的50個(gè)重點(diǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)縣中,按照學(xué)校食堂供餐、企業(yè)(單位)供餐和混合供餐3種供餐模式,各抽取2所小學(xué)和初中;從小學(xué)三年級(jí)以上及初中每個(gè)年級(jí)各隨機(jī)抽取1~2個(gè)班,達(dá)到每個(gè)年級(jí)40人左右,男、女生各半,共29 317名。采用"‘農(nóng)村學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善計(jì)劃’營(yíng)養(yǎng)健康狀況監(jiān)測(cè)學(xué)生調(diào)查表"對(duì)學(xué)校提供食物的喜愛(ài)程度、口感、質(zhì)量、營(yíng)養(yǎng)等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行滿意度調(diào)查。結(jié)果小學(xué)生"非常喜歡"吃學(xué)校提供食物的比例(25.7%)高于初中生(8.6%),西部地區(qū)學(xué)生(20.7%)高于中部地區(qū)學(xué)生(14.6%),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2值分別為1 364.9,205.9,P值均0.01);小學(xué)生(26.6%)每次都能吃完學(xué)校提供食物的比例明顯高于中學(xué)生(19.6%),西部地區(qū)學(xué)生(26.0%)高于中部地區(qū)學(xué)生(19.9%)。學(xué)生吃不完學(xué)校提供食物的原因前3位依次為不想總吃同樣的、給的太多吃不完和不喜歡吃。15.1%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為學(xué)校提供的食物更有營(yíng)養(yǎng),小學(xué)生(18.1%)高于初中生(11.3%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);學(xué)生對(duì)混合供餐和企業(yè)供餐模式的滿意度較高,學(xué)校食堂供餐模式滿意度較低。結(jié)論學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)校提供食物的就餐滿意度較低。學(xué)校、供餐企業(yè)和社會(huì)應(yīng)合力打造學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)餐,并對(duì)學(xué)校食堂從業(yè)人員進(jìn)行膳食指導(dǎo)和營(yíng)養(yǎng)宣教。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the students' satisfaction degree of school meal in rural compulsory education stage (hereinafter referred to as "Rural Student Nutrition improvement Plan"), and to provide basic data for promoting students' nutrition improvement. Methods two primary schools and two junior middle schools were selected from 50 monitoring counties in which rural students' nutrition improvement plan was carried out. According to the three feeding modes of school canteen, enterprise (unit) and mixed meal, two primary schools and one junior high school were selected. 1 ~ 2 classes were randomly selected from each grade above the third grade in primary school and every grade in junior high school, reaching about 40 students in each grade, male and female were half and half, a total of 29 317 students were selected. The "Rural Student Nutrition improvement Program" Nutrition and Health status Monitoring questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of the students' favorite degree, taste, quality and nutrition of the food provided by the school. Results the proportion of pupils "very fond" of eating food provided by the school was 25.7m) higher than that of junior high school students (8.6%), and students in the western region (20.7%) were significantly higher than those in the central region (蠂 ~ 2 = 1.364.9205.9) (蠂 ~ 2 = 1.364.9205.9 P, P = 0.01; pupils = 26.6). The proportion of students who can finish the food provided by school is obviously higher than that of middle school students by 19.60.The students in the western region are 26.0cm) higher than those in the central areas. The top three reasons why students can't finish eating school food are that they don't want to eat the same food all the time, giving too much food and not liking to eat. 15.1% of the students think that the food provided by the school is more nutritious. The students' satisfaction with mixed and enterprise feeding models was higher than that of junior high school students, and the satisfaction degree of school canteen feeding model was lower than that of junior high school students (P < 0.01), which was significantly higher than that of junior high school students (P < 0.01), but higher than that of junior middle school students (P < 0.01). Conclusion students' satisfaction with school food is low. Schools, feeding enterprises and society should work together to build students' nutritious meals, and conduct dietary guidance and nutrition education for school canteen workers.
