【摘要】：目的調(diào)查甘肅省中老年居民高血壓流行病學(xué)現(xiàn)狀。方法分層整群隨機(jī)抽取甘肅省14市州的15 052例45歲及以上中老年居民進(jìn)行高血壓患病現(xiàn)況調(diào)查。結(jié)果甘肅省中老年居民高血壓患病率為36.20%,標(biāo)化患病率為35.09%,其中男性患病率為35.23%(標(biāo)化率33.92%),女性37.10%(標(biāo)化率36.05%)。正常高值血壓檢出率為39.74%,高血壓總知曉率為50.47%、治療率為40.15%、控制率為17.56%,農(nóng)村明顯低于城市(P0.05),城鄉(xiāng)人群患病率分別為35.96%和36.44%�；刈�、藏族、漢族中老年居民患病率分別為37.31%、36.94%和35.82%。多因素回歸分析顯示,教育水平、就業(yè)狀況、家庭收入、肥胖、吸煙、飲酒、高鹽高油飲食、主食量、并發(fā)疾病、家族史及運(yùn)動(dòng)狀況均與高血壓患病密切相關(guān)。結(jié)論甘肅省中老年居民高血壓患病率較高,但居民高血壓知曉率、治療率及控制率較低,尤其在農(nóng)村地區(qū),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)健康宣教,提升中老年高血壓防治水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological status of hypertension in middle aged and aged residents in Gansu province.Methods the prevalence of hypertension was investigated in 15 052 middle and old aged people aged 45 years and above in 14 cities of Gansu province by stratified cluster random sampling.Results the prevalence of hypertension was 36.20 and the standardized prevalence was 35.09in Gansu province. The prevalence rate of male was 35.230.The standardized rate was 33.92%, and that of female was 37.10% (standardized rate 36.05%).The detection rate of normal high blood pressure was 39.74. The total awareness rate of hypertension was 50.477.The treatment rate was 40.1510 and the control rate was 17.560.The prevalence rate in rural areas was significantly lower than that in urban areas (35.96% and 36.44%, respectively).The prevalence rates of Hui, Tibetan and Han were 36.94% and 35.82%, respectively.Multivariate regression analysis showed that education level, employment status, family income, obesity, smoking, drinking, high salt and high oil diet, main food intake, complicated diseases, family history and exercise status were closely related to hypertension.Conclusion the prevalence rate of hypertension is higher in middle-aged and elderly residents in Gansu province, but the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension in residents are low. Especially in rural areas, health education should be strengthened to improve the level of prevention and treatment of hypertension in middle-aged and elderly people.
