【摘要】：目的探討飲用水臭氧水機(jī)的評價(jià)方法,為市場準(zhǔn)入提供安全有效的檢測評價(jià)方案。方法在臭氧水機(jī)的額定產(chǎn)水量內(nèi),自來水以1.0 L/min流速流經(jīng)該凈水器,通過中和劑鑒定、總體性能、飲用水消毒效果、臭氧水定量殺菌等試驗(yàn)對飲用水臭氧水機(jī)的安全及應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行評價(jià)。結(jié)果含0.2%硫代硫酸鈉、0.2%吐溫-80的0.03 mol/L PBS溶液的中和劑和中和產(chǎn)物對大腸桿菌及培養(yǎng)基無不良影響�？傮w性能試驗(yàn)、飲用水消毒效果試驗(yàn)符合《生活飲用水消毒劑和消毒設(shè)備衛(wèi)生安全評價(jià)規(guī)范》(試行)和GB 5749—2006《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的要求;當(dāng)作用時(shí)間達(dá)到30 min時(shí),該臭氧水機(jī)產(chǎn)生的臭氧水對染菌載體上的大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、銅綠假單胞菌殺滅的對數(shù)值均大于3,符合《消毒技術(shù)規(guī)范》(2002)的要求。結(jié)論通過中和劑鑒定、總體性能、飲用水消毒效果、臭氧水定量殺菌等指標(biāo)可對臭氧水機(jī)的使用安全性能及消毒應(yīng)用效果等做出全面的評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the evaluation method of drinking water ozone water machine and to provide a safe and effective test and evaluation scheme for market access.Methods within the rated water production of ozone water machine, tap water passed through the water purifier at a flow rate of 1.0 L/min. The overall performance and disinfection effect of drinking water were evaluated by neutralizer.The safety and application effect of ozone water machine were evaluated by ozone water quantitative sterilization test.Results the neutralizer and neutralization product of 0.03 mol/L PBS solution containing 0.2% sodium thiosulfate (0.2% Tween-80) had no adverse effects on Escherichia coli and culture medium.The overall performance test and the drinking water disinfection effect test meet the requirements of the Standard for Sanitary Safety Evaluation of domestic drinking Water disinfectants and Disinfection Equipments (for trial implementation) and GB5749-2006 for drinking Water Sanitation Standards. When the working time reaches 30 min,The ozone water produced by the ozone water machine can kill Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa on the carrier of bacteria more than 3, which meets the requirements of Technical Specification for Disinfection (2002).Conclusion through the identification of neutralizer, overall performance, disinfection effect of drinking water and quantitative sterilization of ozone water, the safety performance and disinfection application effect of ozone water machine can be comprehensively evaluated.
