【摘要】：目的了解山東省農(nóng)村學齡前留守兒童監(jiān)護人的膳食營養(yǎng)健康知識、態(tài)度及行為(KAP)現(xiàn)狀,為進一步開展相關有效的健康干預提供依據(jù)。方法抽取山東省2個縣646名學齡前兒童監(jiān)護人,利用自制調(diào)查問卷進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果留守兒童監(jiān)護人膳食營養(yǎng)健康知識得分為(64.92±9.92)分,低于非留守兒童監(jiān)護人的(67.45±11.37)分(P0.05);留守兒童監(jiān)護人對孩子的膳食營養(yǎng)持有比較積極的態(tài)度,但態(tài)度得分為(83.05±12.54)分,低于非留守兒童監(jiān)護人的(87.68±9.84)分(P0.05);監(jiān)護人對留守兒童膳食營養(yǎng)的行為有待改善。結(jié)論農(nóng)村學齡前留守兒童監(jiān)護人膳食營養(yǎng)健康知識相對匱乏,具有接受膳食營養(yǎng)知識的良好態(tài)度,但行為較為欠缺,應注重農(nóng)村學齡前留守兒童監(jiān)護人的健康干預。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of dietary nutrition health knowledge, attitude and behavior of guardians of preschool children in Shandong province, and to provide evidence for further effective health intervention.Methods 646 guardians of preschool children in 2 counties of Shandong Province were selected and investigated by self-made questionnaire.Results the scores of dietary nutrition and health knowledge of guardians of left-behind children were 64.92 鹵9.92, lower than those of non-left-behind child guardians (67.45 鹵11.37) (P 0.05), the guardians of left-behind children had a positive attitude towards children's dietary nutrition, but the scores of attitude were 83.05 鹵12.54.It was lower than that of non-left-behind child guardian (87.68 鹵9.84) (P 0.05), and the behavior of guardian on dietary nutrition of left-behind children needed to be improved.Conclusion there is a relative lack of knowledge about dietary nutrition health of guardians of preschool children in rural areas, and they have a good attitude of receiving knowledge of dietary nutrition, but their behaviors are relatively deficient. Therefore, attention should be paid to the health intervention of guardians of children left behind in rural areas.
