2015-2016年騰沖市瘧疾疫點(diǎn)調(diào)查處置結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:目的分析2015-2016年騰沖市瘧疾疫點(diǎn)調(diào)查和處置情況,為阻斷可能的瘧疾傳播提供依據(jù)。方法以2015-2016年騰沖市網(wǎng)報(bào)瘧疾病例為線索,對(duì)瘧疾疫點(diǎn)進(jìn)行調(diào)查處置。采用誘蚊燈通宵誘蚊法,進(jìn)行媒介按蚊種群調(diào)查。采集疫點(diǎn)范圍近2周內(nèi)有發(fā)熱史的當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窈童懠膊±腥藛T的外周血,用瘧疾快速診斷卡進(jìn)行檢測。結(jié)果 2015-2016年騰沖市共報(bào)告145例輸入性瘧疾病例,7 d內(nèi)瘧疾疫點(diǎn)調(diào)查處置率為100%(145/145)。捕獲按蚊12種共16 186只;中華按蚊為優(yōu)勢蚊種,占64.31%(10 410/16 186);其次是昆明按蚊,占14.15%(2 291/16 186);微小按蚊占11.66%(1 887/16 186)。對(duì)51名瘧疾病例同行人員進(jìn)行瘧疾篩查,檢出陽性1人,陽性檢出率為1.96%(1/51)。結(jié)論騰沖市存在瘧疾傳播媒介中華按蚊、昆明按蚊、微小按蚊等,且中華按蚊為優(yōu)勢種群;應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)瘧疾疫點(diǎn)調(diào)查處置,防止輸入性瘧疾引起的繼發(fā)傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the investigation and disposal of malaria epidemic spot in Tengchong city from 2015 to 2016, and to provide evidence for blocking the possible malaria transmission.Methods the malaria epidemic spot was investigated and disposed in Tengchong City from 2015 to 2016.To investigate the population of Anopheles vector Anopheles japonicus was investigated by mosquito trap lamp overnight.The peripheral blood samples of local residents with a history of fever within 2 weeks were collected and detected with a rapid diagnosis card.Results during 2015-2016, a total of 145 imported malaria cases were reported in Tengchong City. The survey and disposal rate of malaria epidemic spot within 7 days was 100 / 145 / 145.Anopheles sinensis was the dominant mosquito species (64.31%), accounting for 10 410 / 16 16 (1866), followed by Kunming Anopheles Kunming (14.15 / 2 291 / 16 186) and Anopheles minimus 11.66% (1 88716).A total of 51 malaria patients were screened for malaria, and one of them was positive, and the positive rate was 1.96 / 51.Conclusion there are malaria vectors Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles Kunming and Anopheles minimus in Tengchong, and Anopheles sinensis is the dominant population.
