有機(jī)干擾物等因素對(duì)復(fù)方過(guò)氧化氫消毒劑殺芽孢作用的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察溫度、pH值、有機(jī)干擾物等因素對(duì)復(fù)方過(guò)氧化氫消毒劑殺芽孢效果的影響。方法采用懸液定量殺芽孢試驗(yàn)對(duì)該消毒劑殺芽孢效果及其影響因素進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果用過(guò)氧化氫含量59.28 g/L的消毒液作用7.5 min,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值為5.03,達(dá)到高水平消毒效果;溫度對(duì)殺芽孢效果有明顯影響,隨著溫度的升高,其殺芽孢效果顯著增強(qiáng);pH值對(duì)該消毒劑殺芽孢效果無(wú)影響;有機(jī)干擾物對(duì)其殺芽孢效果有輕度影響。結(jié)論該復(fù)方過(guò)氧化氫消毒劑具有優(yōu)良的殺芽孢效果,pH值、有機(jī)干擾物質(zhì)對(duì)其殺芽孢效果的影響較小。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of temperature and pH value and organic disturbance on the efficacy of compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant in killing spores.Methods suspension quantitative sporicidal test was used to evaluate the efficacy of the disinfectant in killing spores and its influencing factors.Results when the disinfection solution containing 59.28 g / L hydrogen peroxide was used for 7.5 min, the logarithmic value of killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var. Niger in suspension was 5.03.The bactericidal effect of this disinfectant was not affected by pH value, but slightly influenced by organic disturbance.Conclusion the compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant has excellent sporicidal effect and pH value, and organic disturbance has little effect on the sporicidal effect.
