【摘要】：目的了解長春市公交車司機健康自我管理現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為改善其現(xiàn)狀提出有效的理論依據(jù)。方法采用成年人健康自我管理能力測評量表及一般情況調(diào)查表對長春市200名公交車司機進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果公交車司機健康自我管理總體水平低于成年人標(biāo)準(zhǔn),高于正常標(biāo)準(zhǔn)者僅占18%;月收入與健康自我管理行為能力得分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(t=-49.749,P0.01);吸煙情況與健康自我管理行為能力關(guān)系密切(t=-53.046,P0.05);環(huán)境自我管理能力受醫(yī)療保險(t=-2.562,P0.05)、居住情況(t=0.715,P0.05)和婚姻情況(t=-11.585,P0.05)的影響較大;年齡與健康自我管理能力之間有直接關(guān)系(t=-6.961,P0.05)。結(jié)論公交車司機的健康自我管理現(xiàn)狀受多種因素影響,年齡與睡眠為主要影響因素,吸煙、醫(yī)療保險、居住情況和婚姻情況與其關(guān)系密切。建議根據(jù)不同層次個體特點制訂相應(yīng)管理方案,以完善職業(yè)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)體系。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the health self-management of bus drivers in Changchun and its influencing factors, and to provide an effective theoretical basis for improving the status quo of bus drivers.Methods A total of 200 bus drivers in Changchun were investigated with the adult health self-management scale and general information questionnaire.Results the overall health self-management level of bus drivers was lower than that of adults.Those who were above the normal standard accounted for only 18%; monthly income was negatively correlated with the score of health self-management behavior; smoking status was closely related to health self-management behavior; smoking was closely related to health self-management behavior; and environmental self-management ability was affected by medical insurance (t / 2.562P 0.05and living condition = 0.715P 0.05).The influence of the marriage status was greater than that of the marriage status (-11.585P0.05).There was a direct relationship between age and health self-management ability.Conclusion the health self-management of bus drivers is affected by many factors, age and sleep are the main factors, smoking, medical insurance, living condition and marriage are closely related.In order to perfect the occupational health service system, the corresponding management plan should be made according to the individual characteristics of different levels.
