【摘要】：目的探討食品監(jiān)測(cè)中理化檢驗(yàn)存在的問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,為食品監(jiān)測(cè)中理化檢驗(yàn)質(zhì)量控制管理提供理論依據(jù)。方法分析現(xiàn)在食品監(jiān)測(cè)中存在的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題及影響質(zhì)量的主要因素,提出有效的解決措施。結(jié)果食品監(jiān)測(cè)中理化檢驗(yàn)存在的問(wèn)題主要有檢測(cè)人員、檢測(cè)環(huán)境、儀器設(shè)備等因素;根據(jù)存在的問(wèn)題,提出有效地解決措施提升檢測(cè)人員專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)、加強(qiáng)檢測(cè)環(huán)境的質(zhì)量控制、加強(qiáng)相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)的交流、加強(qiáng)對(duì)儀器設(shè)備的投入、完善管理制度、加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)試劑管理和嚴(yán)格遵守食品取樣要求等等。結(jié)論食品安全問(wèn)題是民之大計(jì),至關(guān)重要,做好食品監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù),提高食品衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量檢測(cè)具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the existing problems of physical and chemical inspection in food monitoring, and to provide theoretical basis for the quality control management of physical and chemical inspection in food monitoring.Methods the existing quality problems in food monitoring and the main factors affecting the quality were analyzed, and the effective measures were put forward.Results the main problems in the physical and chemical inspection of food were the personnel, the environment, the equipment and so on. According to the existing problems, the effective measures were put forward to improve the professional knowledge of the examiners, and to strengthen the quality control of the testing environment.Strengthen the exchange of relevant institutions, strengthen the input of instruments and equipment, improve the management system, strengthen the management of experimental reagents and strictly comply with the requirements of food sampling, and so on.Conclusion the problem of food safety is of great importance to the people. It is of great significance to do well the technology of food monitoring and improve the quality of food hygiene.
