【摘要】：[目的]了解改變生產(chǎn)流水線工作臺(tái)(以下稱"工作臺(tái)")作業(yè)條件對(duì)深圳市福田區(qū)小型制造業(yè)勞動(dòng)者職業(yè)緊張的影響。[方法]對(duì)5家小型制造企業(yè)261名勞動(dòng)者采取改變工作臺(tái)作業(yè)條件的人類工效學(xué)干預(yù)措施進(jìn)行干預(yù),并與271名對(duì)照組勞動(dòng)者進(jìn)行比較,分析干預(yù)實(shí)施效果。[結(jié)果]干預(yù)后,改變工作臺(tái)作業(yè)條件組勞動(dòng)者職業(yè)緊張測(cè)試得分在職業(yè)任務(wù)、任務(wù)沖突、工作環(huán)境、緊張反應(yīng)、心理緊張反應(yīng)、軀體緊張反應(yīng)等項(xiàng)目得分低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]通過(guò)人類工效學(xué)措施,合理改變勞動(dòng)者工作臺(tái)作業(yè)條件和生產(chǎn)環(huán)境條件,能有效降低勞動(dòng)者的職業(yè)緊張,應(yīng)加大對(duì)人體功效學(xué)措施對(duì)降低職業(yè)緊張影響的研究力度。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to understand the change of production line table (hereinafter referred to as the "table")]. Methods effect of operating conditions on Shenzhen city of Futian District small manufacturing workers occupation tension of 5 small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises 261 workers take ergonomics change table of operating conditions of the study intervention intervention group and comparison of workers with 271 controls, intervention effect analysis. Results after the intervention, changing the table working conditions of workers occupation tension test score in group occupation tasks, task conflict, work environment, stress, psychological stress reaction, physical strain and other projects was lower than that of control group (P0.05). Conclusion through ergonomics measures reasonable working table, change the operating conditions and production conditions, can effectively reduce the worker's occupation tension, should increase the ergonomic measures to reduce the occupation stress Research strength.
