【摘要】：目的分析海南省計(jì)算機(jī)斷層掃描(CT)機(jī)質(zhì)量控制狀況和放射防護(hù)情況。方法采用整群抽樣方法,以海南省27家醫(yī)院的41臺(tái)CT機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)CT機(jī)的質(zhì)量控制與放射防護(hù)情況進(jìn)行檢測(cè)與評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 41臺(tái)CT機(jī)中10項(xiàng)質(zhì)量控制檢測(cè)指標(biāo)均合格的有21臺(tái),合格率為51.2%。其中,二級(jí)醫(yī)院合格率為43.5%,三級(jí)醫(yī)院合格率為61.1%;CT機(jī)排數(shù)㧐16排合格率為62.5%,CT機(jī)排數(shù)≤16排合格率為44.0%。CT劑量指數(shù)、重建層厚偏差(8.00 mm偏差2.00 mm)、定位光精度合格率均為100.0%,診斷床定位精度、重建層厚偏差(偏差≤2.00 mm)、均勻性的合格率均為97.6%,重建層厚偏差(偏差≥8.00 mm)合格率為95.1%,高對(duì)比分辨力、水的CT值合格率均為90.2%,低對(duì)比可探測(cè)能力合格率為87.8%,CT值線性合格率為78.0%,噪聲合格率為75.6%。放射防護(hù)共檢測(cè)41間CT機(jī)房的413個(gè)檢測(cè)點(diǎn),機(jī)房周圍劑量當(dāng)量率檢測(cè)結(jié)果中位數(shù)及第25、75百分位數(shù)為0.29(0.21,0.54)μSv/h,檢測(cè)點(diǎn)合格率為98.8%,機(jī)房合格率為92.7%。結(jié)論海南省CT機(jī)質(zhì)量控制檢測(cè)合格率較低,CT機(jī)性能狀況不容樂觀,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)CT機(jī)的質(zhì)量控制與監(jiān)督管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the quality control and radiation protection of computed tomography (CT) machine in Hainan Province.Methods 41 CT machines in 27 hospitals in Hainan Province were studied by cluster sampling. The quality control and radiation protection of CT machines were detected and evaluated.Results among 41 CT machines, 21 of 10 quality control indexes were qualified, and the qualified rate was 51.2%.Among them, the qualified rate of the second grade hospital was 43.5 and the qualified rate of the third grade hospital was 61.1 and the qualified rate of the 16 rows of CT machine was 62.5%. The qualified rate of the second grade hospital was less than 16 rows.
