【摘要】：目的分析上海市普陀區(qū)2009-2015年疑似預防接種異常反應(Adverse Events Following Immunization,AEFI)的監(jiān)測結果。方法收集AEFI信息管理系統(tǒng)中2009-2015年報告的AEFI個案數(shù)據(jù),采用描述流行病學方法進行分析。結果 2009-2015年普陀區(qū)共報告AEFI個案5 476例,報告街鎮(zhèn)覆蓋率為100%;個案完整率為100%,48小時內報告率為99.07%,48小時內調查率為99.96%。AEFI報告率為195.57/10萬劑,呈上升趨勢,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。第一類疫苗AEFI報告率為186.52/10萬劑,第二類疫苗AEFI報告率為217.99/10萬劑,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論普陀區(qū)AEFI監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)運行情況良好,AEFI報告率逐步提高�？砷_展主動監(jiān)測了解不同疫苗分類的AEFI發(fā)生情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the monitoring results of the suspected abnormal vaccination response (Adverse Events Following Immunization) from 2009 to 2015 in Putuo District, Shanghai.Methods the data of AEFI cases reported in AEFI Information Management system from 2009 to 2015 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology.Results A total of 5 476 cases of AEFI were reported in Putuo District from 2009 to 2015, with a coverage rate of 100 in the Town of report Street, and a complete rate of 100 and a reporting rate of 99.07% in 48 hours. The investigation rate of 99.96%.AEFI in 48 hours was 195.57 / 100 000 doses, showing an upward trend, the difference being statistically significant.The AEFI reporting rate of the first type vaccine was 186.52 / 100, 000 doses, while the second type vaccine AEFI report rate was 217.99 / 100 thousand doses, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion the AEFI monitoring system in Putuo district is running well and the reporting rate of AEFI is increasing gradually.Active monitoring can be carried out to understand the occurrence of AEFI in different vaccine categories.
