【摘要】：正為進(jìn)一步提高期刊學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量,縮短文稿出版周期,本刊對(duì)部分稿件實(shí)行數(shù)字優(yōu)先出版(等同紙質(zhì)出版),自數(shù)字出版之日起,在中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中可全文檢索和下載優(yōu)先出版稿件。為適應(yīng)我國(guó)信息化建設(shè)需要,本刊已加入《中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊(光盤(pán)版)》、中國(guó)期刊網(wǎng)全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CNKI)和《萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)—數(shù)字化期刊群元數(shù)據(jù)》等,其著作權(quán)使用費(fèi)與本刊稿費(fèi)一次性給付。本刊錄用的稿件,其復(fù)制權(quán)、發(fā)行權(quán)、匯編權(quán)、信
