【摘要】：目的了解大荔縣羊養(yǎng)殖人群布病防治知識、行為習(xí)慣及其影響因素,為開展布病健康教育與干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法采用現(xiàn)場調(diào)查問卷的形式,抽樣調(diào)查大荔縣從事羊養(yǎng)殖的人員,對防治知識知曉率、行為習(xí)慣正確率采用描述性分析,對影響因素進(jìn)行單因素和多因素分析。結(jié)果共調(diào)查大荔縣羊養(yǎng)殖人員802人,布病防治知識總體知曉率33.7%,行為習(xí)慣總體正確率57.5%。不同文化程度、性別、養(yǎng)殖方式人員布病防治知識知曉率不同,文化程度越高知曉率越高,男性知曉率高于女性,從事規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖的人員知曉率高于散養(yǎng)戶。布病防治知識得分與行為習(xí)慣得分呈正相關(guān)(rp=0.352,P0.01),知識得分越高行為習(xí)慣得分越高。結(jié)論大荔縣羊養(yǎng)殖人員布病防治知識、行為習(xí)慣正確率低,應(yīng)根據(jù)人群特征開展有針對性的健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge, behavior habits and influencing factors of brucellosis prevention and control among sheep breeding population in Dali County, and to provide basis for health education and intervention of brucellosis.Methods the field questionnaire was used to survey the sheep farmers in Dali County. The knowledge rate of prevention and treatment and the correct rate of behavior habits were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The influencing factors were analyzed by single factor and multi-factor analysis.Results A total of 802 sheep farmers in Dali County were investigated. The awareness rate of knowledge on prevention and control of brucellosis was 33.7%, and the overall correct rate of behavior habit was 57.5%.The rate of knowledge on prevention and control of brucellosis was different among different education level, sex, culture mode, the higher the education level, the higher the awareness rate of male was higher than that of female, and the awareness rate of personnel engaged in large-scale farming was higher than that of individual family.There was a positive correlation between the score of knowledge about prevention and control of brucellosis and the score of behavior habit. The higher the score of knowledge was, the higher the score of behavior habit was.Conclusion the correct rate of behavior and behavior of sheep breeders in Dali County is low, so health education should be carried out according to the characteristics of the population.
