【摘要】：目的了解禽流感病毒在相關(guān)環(huán)境中的分布狀況,為禽流感防控提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法在2015-2017年冬春季選擇與禽類(lèi)相關(guān)的4類(lèi)場(chǎng)所,采集不同種類(lèi)的環(huán)境標(biāo)本用Real-time PCR方法進(jìn)行禽流感病毒核酸檢測(cè),對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果共采集禽類(lèi)相關(guān)環(huán)境標(biāo)本416份,A型禽流感病毒核酸陽(yáng)性率31.97%(133/416),其中城鄉(xiāng)活禽市場(chǎng)陽(yáng)性率61.42%(121/197),屠宰加工廠陽(yáng)性率54.55%(12/22),清洗禽類(lèi)的污水陽(yáng)性率74.51%(38/51),宰殺或擺放禽肉案板表面擦拭標(biāo)本陽(yáng)性率56.37%(31/55)。結(jié)論廣元市冬春季節(jié)禽流感病毒在禽類(lèi)相關(guān)環(huán)境中活躍存在,城鄉(xiāng)活禽市場(chǎng)以及屠宰加工廠是主要污染場(chǎng)所,檢出禽流感病毒亞型多,交叉污染現(xiàn)象較重。建議對(duì)活禽市場(chǎng)及屠宰加工廠加強(qiáng)管控,針對(duì)重點(diǎn)人群進(jìn)行宣傳提高防護(hù)意識(shí),減少人感染禽流感病毒風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of avian influenza virus in related environment and provide scientific basis for bird flu prevention and control.Methods in the winter and spring of 2015-2017, four kinds of poultry related sites were selected, and different kinds of environmental samples were collected for detection of avian influenza virus nucleic acid by Real-time PCR method, and the results were analyzed.The positive rate of surface wiping specimens was 56.37%.Conclusion the avian influenza virus is active in poultry related environment in winter and spring season in Guangyuan City. The live poultry market and slaughtering and processing factory are the main polluted places in Guangyuan City. The avian influenza virus subtypes are detected and the cross-contamination phenomenon is serious.It is suggested to strengthen the control of live poultry market and slaughtering and processing factories, to raise the awareness of protection and to reduce the risk of human infection with avian influenza virus.
