【摘要】：目的建立香菇中鄰苯二甲酸酯的氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜檢測方法,并用于麗水市市售香菇中鄰苯二甲酸酯類化合物的檢測。方法在全市范圍內(nèi)抽取60份香菇樣品,按照國家食品污染監(jiān)測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序,進(jìn)行16種鄰苯二甲酸酯類化合物的檢測。結(jié)果檢測的60份香菇樣品中均未有鄰苯二甲酸酯類化合物超標(biāo)的現(xiàn)象。結(jié)論麗水市市售香菇中鄰苯二甲酸酯類化合物的殘留量基本較低,但仍需加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管力度,保障證食品安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the determination of phthalates in Lentinus edodes (Lentinus edodes) and its application to the determination of phthalates in Lentinus edodes.Methods Sixty samples of lentinus edodes were collected from the whole city and tested for 16 phthalate esters according to the operating procedure of national food pollution monitoring standard.Results in 60 samples of Lentinus edodes, there was no phenomenon of phthalate esters exceeding the standard.Conclusion the residues of phthalates in Lentinus edodes sold in Lishui City are relatively low, but it is still necessary to strengthen supervision to ensure food safety.
