不同預(yù)處理方法對金屬器械清洗效果的觀察

【摘要】:目的探究不同預(yù)處理方法對金屬器械的清洗效果,以提高醫(yī)療器械的清洗質(zhì)量。方法選取2014年7月至10月我院婦科人流包27件金屬器械作為實(shí)驗(yàn)器材,將6套手術(shù)器械隨機(jī)分為A、B、C三組,各2套,每套累計(jì)清洗10次,每組共計(jì)樣本540件,A組采用老肯LK/CSJ型超聲清洗機(jī)對器械予以預(yù)處理,B組通過全自動(dòng)清洗機(jī)對器械予以預(yù)處理,C組采用手工法對器械予以預(yù)處理,對比三組的清洗質(zhì)量及器械的生銹情況。結(jié)果 A組生銹率及清洗檢測合格率分別為0.2%、99.8%,B組分別為0.6%、93.9%,C組分別為1.1%、88.9%,A組生銹率及清洗檢測合格率均明顯優(yōu)于B、C兩組,且A組與C組相比較差異顯著(P0.05);A組對于難清洗部位的清潔效果明顯優(yōu)于B、C兩組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用超聲清洗機(jī)對器械進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,可對難清洗部位予以有效清潔,延長器械的使用壽命,降低清洗工作的工作壓力,應(yīng)用價(jià)值更加顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the cleaning effect of different pretreatment methods on metal instruments in order to improve the cleaning quality of medical instruments.Methods from July to October 2014, 27 metal instruments of gynecological abortion were selected as experimental instruments. Six sets of surgical instruments were randomly divided into three groups, two sets each, each with a total of 10 cleaning times.A total of 540 samples were collected in each group. Group A used Laoken LK/CSJ ultrasonic cleaning machine to pretreat the instruments. Group B used automatic cleaning machine to pretreat the instruments. Group C used manual method to pretreat the instruments.The cleaning quality of the three groups and the rusting of the instruments were compared.Results the rusting rate and the qualified rate of cleaning test in group A were 0.2and 99.8and group B were 0.60.93.9and group C were 1.1% and 88.9% respectively. The rate of rusting and the qualified rate of cleaning detection in group A were significantly better than those in group B and group B, respectively.The cleaning effect of group A was better than that of group B (P 0.05), and the difference between group A and group C was significantly higher than that of group A (P 0.05), and the cleaning effect of group A was significantly better than that of group B (P 0.05).Conclusion Pretreatment with ultrasonic cleaning machine can effectively clean the difficult parts, prolong the service life of the instruments and reduce the working pressure of the cleaning work. The application value is more significant.
