【摘要】：目的了解北京市助產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)科床位資源現(xiàn)狀,為政府出臺應(yīng)對生育高峰的決策提供依據(jù)。方法通過統(tǒng)一問卷對北京市所有助產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)況調(diào)查,同時收集2013年10月、11月及2014年10月、11月所有機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)科住院病歷相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果北京市活產(chǎn)數(shù)呈逐年上升趨勢,2014年全年達(dá)248 814人,各級助產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)床位數(shù)也呈增加趨勢,但床位增加比例不能滿足活產(chǎn)增加比例。相比2013年,除外一級機(jī)構(gòu)病床周轉(zhuǎn)次數(shù)略有降低外,各級助產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)無論產(chǎn)科病床周轉(zhuǎn)次數(shù)還是病床周轉(zhuǎn)率均有所增加,二三級助產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)科病床周轉(zhuǎn)次數(shù)分別達(dá)61.28、86.67,病床周轉(zhuǎn)率分別達(dá)到88.85%、108.83%;相比2013年,病床效率指數(shù)除一級機(jī)構(gòu)無變化外,各級助產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)均有增加,二三級助產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)分別為2.72、5.55。2015年每千活產(chǎn)擁有產(chǎn)科床位數(shù)相比2013年,除一級機(jī)構(gòu)外均有不同程度降低,目前三級機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)值最低,為15.23張;除一級機(jī)構(gòu)外,各級助產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)每床活產(chǎn)數(shù)均較2013年有所增加,三級機(jī)構(gòu)增加最多,每床活產(chǎn)數(shù)增加5人,現(xiàn)為66人/張;三級、二級、一級、營利性機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)科床位供需比值分別為:0.80、1.03、7.51、2.56。結(jié)論北京市產(chǎn)科床位配置不足,二三級助產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)科床位處于高效運行階段,一級及營利性助產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)科床位還有使用空間。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of obstetric beds in midwifery institutions in Beijing, and to provide evidence for the government to make decisions to deal with the birth peak.Methods all midwifery institutions in Beijing were investigated by unified questionnaire, and the data were collected in October, November, and October, 2014 and November of 2013.Results the number of live births in Beijing increased year by year, reaching 248,814 people in 2014. The number of beds in midwifery institutions at all levels also showed an increasing trend, but the increasing proportion of beds could not meet the increasing proportion of live births.In comparison with 2013, the number of hospital beds turnover at all levels of midwifery increased, with the exception of a slight decrease in the number of hospital beds at the first level, as well as the rate of bed turnover at all levels of midwifery,The turnover times of obstetric beds in the second and third level midwifery institutions reached 61.28 and 86.67, respectively, and the bed turnover rate reached 88.85 and 108.83 respectively. Compared with 2013, the hospital bed efficiency index, except for the first-level institutions, showed an increase in the number of midwifery institutions at all levels.The number of obstetric beds per 1,000 live births in the second and third levels of midwifery was 2.72, 5.55. Compared with 2013, the number of maternity beds per 1,000 live births decreased to varying degrees, with the lowest value of 15.23 at the third level, with the exception of the first-level institutions.The number of live births per bed in midwifery institutions at all levels increased more than in 2013, and the number of live births per bed increased by 5 people per bed, and the ratio of supply and demand of obstetrical beds in tertiary, second-class, first-grade and profit-making organizations was respectively: 0.80 / 1.037.51n2.56.Conclusion the allocation of obstetrical beds in Beijing is insufficient, and the obstetric beds of the second and third degree midwifery institutions are in the stage of efficient operation.
