【摘要】：目的簡(jiǎn)述病例交叉設(shè)計(jì)的基本概念,為降低數(shù)據(jù)整理的難度,開發(fā)SAS宏程序。方法通過原始數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,SAS宏程序交互獲取病例交叉設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),自動(dòng)完成數(shù)據(jù)整理,并對(duì)源程序進(jìn)行編譯加密。結(jié)果實(shí)現(xiàn)無需因原始記錄的增減而調(diào)整參數(shù)設(shè)置;實(shí)現(xiàn)自由設(shè)置前后對(duì)照、對(duì)照數(shù)、對(duì)照間隔并自動(dòng)完成匹配,并可滿足對(duì)急性危害遲滯效應(yīng)的分析。結(jié)論筆者編寫的SAS宏程序具有通用、簡(jiǎn)便、實(shí)用的特點(diǎn),大大提高了病例交叉設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)整理的靈活性和工作效率,在流行病學(xué)研究中具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to introduce the basic concept of case cross design and develop SAS macro program in order to reduce the difficulty of data collation.Methods the cross-design parameters of the cases were obtained by using the SAS macro program of the original data structure standardization, and the data collation was completed automatically, and the source program was compiled and encrypted.Results the parameter setting was not adjusted because of the increase or decrease of the original record, the number of controls before and after the free setting, the number of controls and the matching interval were automatically completed, and the analysis of the hysteresis effect of acute hazard could be satisfied.Conclusion the SAS macro program written by the author is universal, simple and practical, which greatly improves the flexibility and efficiency of data collation of cross-design of cases, and has certain practical value in epidemiological research.
