【摘要】：職業(yè)性塵肺病是世界上最嚴(yán)重的職業(yè)病。塵肺病的治療方法大體可分為兩大類:藥物治療和手術(shù)治療。當(dāng)前的藥物治療主要起到緩解癥狀的作用,不能有效清除肺部粉塵。肺灌洗技術(shù)可以有效清除肺部粉塵,但是存在成本高、患者痛苦以及并發(fā)癥多等諸多問題。肺移植成功的效果最好,但是存在手術(shù)成本和死亡率高、供體難找等問題。最近研發(fā)的中草藥紅茶菌對于塵肺患者具有標(biāo)本兼治的治療效果,既可以促進(jìn)肺組織中的粉塵溶解、吸附和排出,又可以緩解、改善患者的癥狀。因此,具有很好的推廣應(yīng)用前景。作者就目前國內(nèi)外對于職業(yè)塵肺病的治療方法研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Occupational pneumoconiosis is the most serious occupational disease in the world.Treatment of pneumoconiosis can be divided into two broad categories: drug therapy and surgical treatment.Current drug treatment mainly plays the role of relieving symptoms, can not effectively clear the lung dust.Lung lavage can effectively remove lung dust, but there are many problems such as high cost, patient suffering and complications.Successful lung transplantation has the best effect, but there are some problems such as high operation cost and death rate, and donor difficult to find.The recently developed Chinese herbal black tea fungus has the curative effect of treating pneumoconiosis with both symptoms and symptoms. It can not only promote dust dissolution, adsorption and discharge in lung tissue, but also alleviate and improve the symptoms of pneumoconiosis.Therefore, it has a good prospect of popularization and application.This paper reviews the research progress of the treatment of occupational pneumoconiosis at home and abroad.
