【摘要】：目的了解小雙節(jié)病毒在成都市腹瀉嬰幼兒中的感染情況。方法收集成都市兒童醫(yī)院、成都市第三人民醫(yī)院2010年7-12月腹瀉嬰幼兒(≤5歲)糞便樣本428份,用實(shí)時(shí)熒光RT-PCR方法檢測(cè)小雙節(jié)病毒,同時(shí)檢測(cè)輪狀病毒、諾如病毒、札如病毒、人星狀病毒和腸道腺病毒。結(jié)果檢出小雙節(jié)病毒感染36份,檢出率為8.41%(36/428)。其中Ⅰ型9份、Ⅱ型25份、Ⅰ和Ⅱ型共同感染2份,檢出率分別為2.10%(9/428)、5.84%(25/428)和0.47%(2/428)。小雙節(jié)病毒與其他腹瀉病毒合并感染共31份。調(diào)查期間小雙節(jié)病毒檢出高峰為8、9月,主要感染2歲以下嬰幼兒。結(jié)論小雙節(jié)病毒是引起成都市嬰幼兒腹瀉的病原之一,以小雙節(jié)病毒Ⅱ型為主,2歲以下嬰幼兒是其高發(fā)人群,8、9月為其下半年高發(fā)季節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the infection situation of small double virus in Chengdu city. Methods infant with diarrhea in children's Hospital of Chengdu City, Chengdu City, the third people's Hospital in 2010 7-12 months of diarrhea in infants (less than 5 years old) fecal samples of 428, with the detection of small double virus by real-time fluorescent RT-PCR method, simultaneous detection of rotavirus, norovirus, Zagreb such as virus, human astrovirus and enteric adenovirus. Results the detection of small double virus infection 36, the detection rate was 8.41% (36/428). The type 9, type 25, type I and II common infection in 2, the detection rate was 2.10% (9/428), 5.84% (25/428) and 0.47% (2/428). The small double virus and other diarrhea virus infection during the investigation. A total of 31 small double peak for the virus was detected in 8,9 months, the main infection of infants under the age of 2. Conclusion the small double virus is one of the pathogens of infants with diarrhea in Chengdu, with a small double virus type 2. Children under the age of age are their high incidence, and 8,9 month is the high incidence season in the second half of the year.
