【摘要】:目的建立頂空固相微萃取-氣相色譜法測定尿中甲基異丁基酮的方法。方法使用二乙烯苯/碳烯/聚二甲基硅氧烷(DVB/CAR/PDMS)固相微萃取頭,采用頂空固相微萃取技術富集尿樣中甲基異丁基酮,通過L_9(3~3)正交試驗對鹽析量、萃取溫度、萃取時間進行優(yōu)化,以DB-5(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)毛細管柱為分離柱,火焰離子化檢測器檢測,內(nèi)標法定量。結(jié)果甲基異丁基酮在0.05~2.0μg/ml范圍內(nèi)線性相關系數(shù)大于0.999,方法檢出限為0.006μg/ml,加標回收率為82.7%~103.7%,相對標準偏差為0.15%~4.33%。結(jié)論本法操作簡便,靈敏度高,適用于職業(yè)接觸人群尿樣中甲基異丁基酮的測定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of methyl isobutyl ketone in urine by headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography.Methods the solid phase microextraction (SPME) head of diethylbenzene / carbonene / polydimethylsiloxane (DVB / carr / PDMS) was used to enrich methyl isobutyl ketone in urine samples by headspace solid-phase microextraction. The salting out amount, extraction temperature and extraction time were optimized by L9KT (3 ~ 3) orthogonal test.DB-5(30m 脳 0.32mm 脳 0. 25 渭 m capillary column was used as separation column, flame ionization detector was used as detector, and internal standard method was used.Results the linear correlation coefficient of methyl isobutyl ketone was greater than 0.999 in the range of 0.05 渭 g/ml, the detection limit was 0.006 渭 g / ml, the recovery rate was 82.7% and the relative standard deviation was 0.15% 4.33%.Conclusion this method is simple, sensitive and suitable for the determination of methyl isobutyl ketone in urine samples of occupational exposure population.
