【摘要】：目的研究放射皮溫計(jì)在冷水復(fù)溫試驗(yàn)(CWLT)中的臨床應(yīng)用。方法采用隨機(jī)抽樣方法,以從事非手傳振動(dòng)作業(yè)的30名正常健康人員為對(duì)照組,以從事手傳振動(dòng)作業(yè)的30名人員為接振組。2組人群均分別采用放射皮溫計(jì)和數(shù)字皮溫計(jì)測(cè)試CWLT前后8個(gè)不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)的手部皮溫,對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果在相同時(shí)間點(diǎn)及相同手別的條件下,對(duì)照組人群采用2種皮溫計(jì)測(cè)量的皮溫分別比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);接振組人群除CWLT前的時(shí)間點(diǎn)外,采用2種皮溫計(jì)測(cè)量的皮溫分別比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。無(wú)論是對(duì)照組還是接振組,采用2種皮溫計(jì)進(jìn)行CWLT的5和10 min復(fù)溫率分別比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。分別采用數(shù)字皮溫計(jì)和放射皮溫計(jì)進(jìn)行CWLT的5、10、30 min復(fù)溫異常率,對(duì)照組人群分別為40.0%、43.3%、40.0%和50.0%、60.0%、33.3%,接振組人群分別為53.3%、60.0%、50.0%和53.3%、66.7%和60.0%;無(wú)論是對(duì)照組還是接振組,采用2種皮溫計(jì)測(cè)量的皮溫分別判斷5、10和30 min復(fù)溫異常的結(jié)果均具有一致性(P0.05)。結(jié)論放射皮溫計(jì)可作為CWLT的檢測(cè)工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical application of radiothermometer in cold water rewarming test (CWLTs).Methods A random sampling method was used to control 30 healthy people who were engaged in non-manual vibration work.The hand skin temperature at 8 different time points before and after CWLT were measured by radiometric thermometer and digital thermometer in group .2 of group 2. The results were statistically analyzed.The difference of skin temperature measured by two kinds of thermometers was not statistically significant (P 0.05).Whether in the control group or the vibration-connected group, there was no significant difference in the recovery rate of CWLT for 5 min and 10 min by using two kinds of skin thermometers (P 0.05).The results of skin temperature measured by two kinds of skin thermometers for 10 and 30 min rewarming anomalies were in agreement with each other (P 0.05).Conclusion Radiosurfactometer can be used as a detection tool for CWLT.
