【摘要】：為探討醫(yī)用空氣過濾裝置對(duì)粉塵螨殺滅效果及降低空氣中塵螨過敏原含量的影響,挑取粉塵螨成蟲放置在空氣過濾裝置中,按不同時(shí)間段(0,12,24,48,72,96 h)分組,每組200只粉塵螨,處理后采取樣本進(jìn)行殺螨率檢測(cè)及掃描電鏡觀察;采用抗原霧化法檢測(cè),收集空氣過濾裝置處理的1 h樣品,并通過雙抗體夾心法檢測(cè)樣品中抗原含量.結(jié)果表明:空氣凈化裝置處理后塵螨死亡率隨著作用時(shí)間的延長而逐漸升高,在72 h和96 h,塵螨死亡率分別達(dá)到60.5%和92.5%;處理后的死螨嚴(yán)重脫水,蟲體形態(tài)高度皺縮.醫(yī)用空氣過濾裝置對(duì)空氣中粉塵螨主要抗原Der f 1和Der f 2具有顯著降低作用.
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of medical air filter device on killing dust mite and reducing the content of dust mite allergen in the air, adult dust mites were selected and placed in air filter device. They were divided into two groups of 200 dust mites in different time periods.After treatment, the mite killing rate and scanning electron microscope were observed, and the antigen content in the sample was detected by the method of antigen atomization, and the sample treated by air filter device was collected for 1 hour, and the antigen content in the sample was detected by double antibody sandwich method.The results showed that the mortality rate of dust mites increased with the prolongation of the action time, and reached 60.5% and 92.5% at 72 h and 96 h, respectively.The medical air filter can significantly reduce the main antigens Der f 1 and Der f 2 in the air.
