【摘要】：目的調(diào)查武漢市新生兒出生缺陷情況,了解新生兒缺陷種類,分析影響新生兒缺陷發(fā)生率的相關(guān)危險因素。方法調(diào)查對象為武漢市各醫(yī)院隨機(jī)抽取的6 123例新生兒母親,調(diào)查方法為問卷形式,在問卷中涉及的信息有母親一般信息:年齡、教育程度等;母親不良習(xí)慣:射線暴露、生活不規(guī)律、吸毒等;母親良好習(xí)慣:婚前檢查、規(guī)律生活等;母親疾病情況:藥物服用史、不良孕產(chǎn)史、精神神經(jīng)異常史等;新生兒:缺陷例數(shù)、種類、不同級別醫(yī)院的缺陷例數(shù)、各大系統(tǒng)缺陷的比例,對以上數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計算總結(jié)、繪制圖表,分析影響新生兒出生缺陷的相關(guān)危險因素。結(jié)果總結(jié)調(diào)查結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),共有83例新生兒患有出生缺陷,發(fā)生率為10.29‰。影響武漢市新生兒出生缺陷的相關(guān)單因素有母親一般信息中的年齡、教育程度,單因素中相關(guān)危險因素有母親射線暴露、吸毒等,母親良好的生活習(xí)慣是保護(hù)因素。經(jīng)Logistic回歸分析可知,獨立因素為婚前檢查、吸毒、射線暴露、藥物服用史、精神神經(jīng)異常史等。新生兒肌肉骨骼系統(tǒng)缺陷的發(fā)生率最高,其次為循環(huán)系統(tǒng),三級甲等醫(yī)院出生的新生兒缺陷概率最高。結(jié)論武漢市發(fā)生新生兒缺陷的概率較高,多與母親的不良習(xí)慣、疾病史有關(guān),應(yīng)多普及懷孕相關(guān)知識,促進(jìn)武漢市母親素質(zhì)提高,降低新生兒缺陷發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the birth defects of newborns in Wuhan City, to understand the types of neonatal defects and to analyze the risk factors affecting the incidence of neonatal defects.Methods A total of 6 123 newborns were randomly selected from hospitals in Wuhan.
