【摘要】：目的探討潛在類別分析在四川省資中縣農(nóng)村青少年健康危險(xiǎn)行為模式研究中的應(yīng)用,為實(shí)施有針對(duì)性的干預(yù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用"青少年健康相關(guān)行為調(diào)查問卷"對(duì)四川省資中縣2所鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中學(xué)2 805名學(xué)生進(jìn)行自填式問卷調(diào)查,應(yīng)用潛在類別分析方法對(duì)8類健康危險(xiǎn)行為進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果留守青少年健康危險(xiǎn)行為分為4類:高危險(xiǎn)行為組有69人,占4%;高自我傷害和自殺行為組321人,占20%;中等危險(xiǎn)行為組479人,占30%;低危險(xiǎn)行為組727人,占46%。非留守青少年健康危險(xiǎn)行為也分為4類:高危險(xiǎn)行為組62人,占5%;高缺乏體育鍛煉、自我傷害和自殺行為組78人,占6%;高意外傷害行為388人,占32%;低危險(xiǎn)行為組681人,占56%。結(jié)論留守與非留守青少年健康危險(xiǎn)行為的潛在結(jié)構(gòu)存在一定差異,高危險(xiǎn)行為在留守和非留守青少年聚集方式不同,發(fā)生概率有差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of latent category analysis in the study of health risk behavior model of adolescents in Zizhong County, Sichuan Province, and to provide scientific basis for the implementation of targeted interventions.Methods 2 805 students from 2 township middle schools in Zizhong County, Sichuan Province, were investigated with the questionnaire of adolescents' Health related behaviors, and 8 kinds of health risk behaviors were analyzed by the method of latent category analysis.Results the health risk behaviors of the left-behind adolescents were divided into 4 categories: 69 in the high risk behavior group (4 in 4), 321 in the high self injury and suicide behavior group (20 in 20), 479 in the middle risk behavior group (30 percent), and 727 in the low risk behavior group (46 percent).The health risk behaviors of non-left-behind adolescents were also divided into four categories: high risk behavior group (62 persons), high lack of physical exercise, self-injury and suicide behavior group (78 persons), high accident injury behavior group (388 people) and low risk behavior group (681 people).Conclusion there are some differences in the potential structure of health risk behaviors between left-behind and non-left-behind adolescents, and the probability of occurrence of high-risk behaviors is different between left-behind and non-left-behind adolescents.
