【摘要】：目的探討多學(xué)科綜合性肺康復(fù)治療對老年塵肺患者的康復(fù)效果。方法 2012年1月至2015年1月,住院老年穩(wěn)定期塵肺患者85例分為對照組(n=40)和康復(fù)組(n=45),對照組采用常規(guī)內(nèi)科藥物治療,康復(fù)組在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行多學(xué)科綜合性肺康復(fù)12周。治療前及治療12周時采用功率自行車行心肺運(yùn)動試驗(yàn),采用BODE指數(shù)及慢性阻塞性肺疾病生活質(zhì)量測評表進(jìn)行評定。結(jié)果康復(fù)組治療后的最大做功、最大攝氧量、6分鐘步行距離、英國醫(yī)學(xué)研究委員會呼吸問卷評分、BODE指數(shù)、日常生活能力、社會活動情況、抑郁和焦慮心理癥狀均較康復(fù)前改善(t3.379,P0.01),且均優(yōu)于對照組(t2.201,P0.05)。對照組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)治療前后均無顯著性差異(t2.339,P0.05)。結(jié)論多學(xué)科綜合性肺康復(fù)能提高老年塵肺患者的運(yùn)動耐量及生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of multi-disciplinary comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation on elderly patients with pneumoconiosis.Methods from January 2012 to January 2015, 85 hospitalized elderly patients with stable pneumoconiosis were divided into two groups: control group (n = 40) and rehabilitation group (n = 45). The control group was treated with routine internal medicine, and the rehabilitation group was treated with multi-disciplinary comprehensive lung rehabilitation for 12 weeks.Cardiopulmonary exercise test was performed before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment. BODE index and quality of life (QOL) of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were evaluated.Results in the rehabilitation group, the maximal work, maximal oxygen intake and 6-minute walking distance, Bod index, daily life ability, and social activities were measured by the British Medical Research Council Respiratory questionnaire.The psychological symptoms of depression and anxiety were better than those of the control group before rehabilitation, and were better than those of the control group.There was no significant difference between control group and control group before and after treatment.Conclusion Multidisciplinary comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation can improve exercise tolerance and quality of life in elderly patients with pneumoconiosis.
