【摘要】：目的調整、校正20世紀80年代中國嬰兒死亡率。方法運用階段性分析比較和文獻考據(jù)的方法論證20世紀80年代嬰兒死亡漏報的事實,根據(jù)嬰兒死亡漏報率補全調整嬰兒死亡率,按照1991-2010年嬰兒死亡率變化規(guī)律對調整后嬰兒死亡率進一步校正。結果 20世紀80年代嬰兒死亡率漏報嚴重,漏報率在40%以上。1991-2010年嬰兒死亡率呈線性模型變化規(guī)律。經(jīng)調整校正后1981-1990年各年度嬰兒死亡率分別為60.05‰、58.45‰、56.85‰、55.25‰、53.65‰、52.05‰、50.45‰、48.85‰、47.25‰、45.65‰。結論調整校正后嬰兒死亡率更加接近當時實際水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to adjust and correct the infant mortality rate in China in the 1980s. Methods the facts of the under-reporting of infant mortality in the 1980s were proved by using the method of stage analysis and literature research, and the infant mortality rate was adjusted according to the rate of missing report of infant death. The adjusted infant mortality rate was further corrected according to the pattern of changes in infant mortality between 1991 and 2010. Results the infant mortality rate was seriously underreported in the 1980s. The rate of missing report was over 40%. The infant mortality rate of 1991-2010 was linear model.
