食用竹炭粉對(duì)高脂模型大鼠脂肪代謝的影響

【摘要】:目的探討食用竹炭粉(bamboo charcoal powder,BCP)對(duì)高脂模型大鼠的降脂作用及其機(jī)制。方法 4周齡SPF級(jí)雄性SD大鼠,隨機(jī)分成5組:空白對(duì)照組,高脂模型對(duì)照組和BCP低、中、高劑量(2.81、5.62、11.24 g/kg)干預(yù)組。各組每日灌胃相應(yīng)劑量的竹炭粉或蒸餾水,連續(xù)90 d。股動(dòng)脈取血測(cè)定肝腎功能等生化指標(biāo);取肝、腎及雙側(cè)腎臟及附睪周圍的脂肪稱重;取左側(cè)肝葉做組織病理學(xué)檢查;制備肝勻漿,檢測(cè)總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、過(guò)氧化氫酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。結(jié)果從第4周起高脂模型對(duì)照組體重顯著高于同期空白對(duì)照組,同時(shí)高脂模型對(duì)照組脂/體比、血清谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)、TG和極低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)均高于空白對(duì)照組;高脂模型對(duì)照組肝臟可觀察到明顯的脂肪變性,肝臟中MDA、TC和TG含量均高于空白對(duì)照組,表明造模成功。BCP各劑量組與高脂模型對(duì)照組比較,體重、肝重及脂/體比均明顯降低,血清ALT、TG和VLDL濃度降低,肝臟脂肪變性程度減輕,同時(shí)肝臟中TC和MDA濃度也均降低,T-AOC、SOD和CAT活性升高。結(jié)論食用竹炭粉具有減少高脂模型大鼠體內(nèi)脂肪蓄積、降血脂、減輕肝臟脂肪變性的作用,其機(jī)制可能與減輕體內(nèi)脂質(zhì)過(guò)氧化作用有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect and mechanism of eating bamboo charcoal powder charcoal powder on hyperlipidemia rats. Methods four weeks old male SD rats of SPF grade were randomly divided into five groups: blank control group, hyperlipidemia model control group and low and moderate BCP group. The rats in the high dose group were given the corresponding dose of bamboo charcoal powder or distilled water daily for 90 days. The blood of femoral artery was taken to determine the function of liver and kidney, and the liver, kidney and fat in both kidneys and around epididymis were weighed. The left lobe of the liver was taken for histopathological examination, and the liver homogenate was prepared. The contents of TCX, TGG, T-AOCN, CATX, SOD and MDAs were measured. Results the body weight of the hyperlipidemia model group was significantly higher than that of the control group from the 4th week. At the same time, the lipid / body ratio, serum alanine aminotransferase (alt) and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) in the hyperlipidemia model control group were higher than those in the blank control group, and the steatosis was observed in the liver of the hyperlipidemia model control group. The contents of TC and TG in the liver were higher than those in the control group, which indicated that the weight, liver weight and lipid / body ratio were significantly decreased, serum alt TG and VLDL levels were decreased, and the degree of hepatic steatosis was decreased in each dose group compared with the hyperlipidemia control group. At the same time, the concentrations of TC and MDA in the liver also decreased the activities of SOD and CAT in the liver. Conclusion the edible bamboo charcoal powder can reduce the accumulation of fat, reduce the blood lipid and alleviate the hepatic steatosis in rats with hyperlipidemia. The mechanism may be related to the reduction of lipid peroxidation in vivo.
