【摘要】：目的了解湘西民族地區(qū)中小學校衛(wèi)生保健服務工作現(xiàn)況。方法調(diào)查湘西地區(qū)2個少數(shù)民族自治縣和1個非少數(shù)民族自治縣的中小學,內(nèi)容包括保健教師配備、保健教師基本情況、醫(yī)務室配置與裝備、醫(yī)療工作與健康教育工作開展情況。結果共調(diào)查73所學校,98.6%的學校配有保健教師,但專職保健教師僅占30.6%,農(nóng)村學校為16.7%,低于縣城學校的61.9%(P0.05)。69.9%的學校配有醫(yī)務室,但地處農(nóng)村學校的比例只有57.7%,低于縣城學校的88.6%(P0.01);民族地區(qū)學校(56.2%)低于非民族地區(qū)學校(96.0%)(P0.01)。90.2%的學校醫(yī)務室能開展業(yè)務工作,但28.3%的學校醫(yī)務室僅提供常用藥服務。93.2%的學校開展健康教育工作,健康教育形式主要為課堂講授。農(nóng)村學校學生體檢頻率低于縣城學校(P0.05)。有17所學校沒有業(yè)務費,僅有2所學校的業(yè)務費來自財政撥款。結論應強化民族地區(qū)和農(nóng)村中小學醫(yī)務室和衛(wèi)生保健教師隊伍的建設,提高其衛(wèi)生保健服務能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of health care service in primary and secondary schools in western Hunan. Methods the primary and secondary schools in two minority autonomous counties and one non-minority autonomous county in western Hunan were investigated, including the allocation of health care teachers. Results among 73 schools, 98.6% of them had health care teachers. But the proportion of full-time health care teachers was only 30.60.The rural schools accounted for 16.77.This is lower than the 61.9% of the schools in the county town where 61.9% of the schools have medical clinics. However, the proportion of schools located in rural areas is only 57.7%, which is lower than that of the schools in county towns (88.6%) and that of schools in minority areas (56.2%).) it is lower than that of schools in non-minority areas (96.0%). 90.2% of the school infirmary offices can carry out business work. However, 28.3% of the school infirmary only provided common drug service. 93.2% of the schools carried out health education, and the main form of health education was classroom teaching. The frequency of physical examination of students in rural schools was lower than that of county schools (P 0.05), and 17 schools had no operating expenses. Conclusion it is necessary to strengthen the construction of medical clinics and health care teachers in primary and secondary schools in minority areas and rural areas to improve their health care service capacity.
