【摘要】:目的建立水源水中16種稀土元素的電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜(ICP-MS)檢測(cè)方法。方法觀察酸度對(duì)響應(yīng)值的影響,用混合調(diào)諧液優(yōu)化儀器工作條件,選用銦作為內(nèi)標(biāo)元素校正基體干擾和漂移,確立水源水中的稀土元素ICP-MS檢測(cè)方法 ,并采集水樣,測(cè)定其中的16種稀土元素含量。結(jié)果在優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,16種稀土元素的質(zhì)量濃度在0.0~100.0μg/L范圍內(nèi),方法的回歸方程線性關(guān)系良好,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)0.999 7;方法檢出限為0.004~0.048μg/L;添加高、中、低3個(gè)水平的稀土元素標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液測(cè)定方法的回收率,結(jié)果顯示,平均回收率為90.0%~110.0%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.7%~4.8%。10份水樣中全部檢出鈧(Sc),含量為1.48~4.33μg/L,5份水樣中檢出釔(Y),含量為0.026~0.071μg/L,6份水樣中檢出銪(Eu),含量為0.012~0.042μg/L。結(jié)論 ICPM S方法靈敏度高、準(zhǔn)確度好、檢出限低、線性范圍寬,適用于水源水中稀土元素的測(cè)定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method for the detection of 16 rare earth elements in source water. Using indium as the internal standard element to correct the matrix interference and drift, the ICP-MS detection method of rare earth elements in source water was established, and the water samples were collected. Results the regression equation of the method was linear in the range of 0.0100.0 渭 g / L, the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.999 7, the detection limit of the method was 0.004 ~ 0.048 渭 g / L, and the addition was high, the detection limit of the method was 0.004 ~ 0. 048 渭 g 路L ~ (-1), the concentration of the method was 0.048 渭 g / L, and the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.999 7, the detection limit of the method was 0.004 渭 g / L.
