【摘要】:目的探討2010—2015年普蘭店區(qū)食物中毒的特征及原因,為科學(xué)有效地預(yù)防和控制食物中毒發(fā)生提供理論依據(jù)。方法對普蘭店區(qū)2010—2015年發(fā)生的24起食物中毒事故調(diào)查資料進行整理分析。結(jié)果 2010—2015年普蘭店區(qū)共發(fā)生了24起食物中毒,食物中毒患者達576例,其中2011年食物中毒事件發(fā)生起數(shù)最多,2014年食物中毒人數(shù)為最多;普蘭店區(qū)的食物中毒事件多發(fā)生于5~9月份;普蘭店區(qū)集體食堂發(fā)生食物中毒起數(shù)最多,餐飲業(yè)次之;普蘭店區(qū)2010—2015年共發(fā)生細菌性食物中毒14起,食物中毒起數(shù)與食物中毒人數(shù)居首位;在不同食物中毒致病因素中,副溶血性弧菌發(fā)生食物中毒起數(shù)和中毒人數(shù)為最多;普蘭店區(qū)2010—2015年發(fā)生食物中毒的中毒食物中,以動物類食物為主,發(fā)生食物中毒起數(shù)和中毒人數(shù)最多。結(jié)論普蘭店區(qū)食物中毒形式依然嚴峻,為了預(yù)防食物中毒對廣大人民群眾身體健康和生命財產(chǎn)造成的危害,應(yīng)加大對食物中毒的預(yù)防控制工作,加強食品衛(wèi)生安全工作,有效減少和杜絕食物中毒的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics and causes of food poisoning in Pudian District from 2010 to 2015. Methods the investigation data of 24 food poisoning accidents in Pudian District from 2010 to 2015 were collected and analyzed. Results 24 food poisoning cases occurred in Pudian District from 2010 to 2015. There were 576 cases of food poisoning, of which food poisoning occurred the most in 2011, and the most in 2014; in Plandian, food poisoning occurred in May and September; and in the collective dining hall in Prandon, the number of food poisoning occurred most frequently. The food and beverage industry took the second place; in Pu-dian District, there were 14 cases of bacterial food poisoning from 2010 to 2015, the number of food poisoning and the number of food poisoning ranked first; among the different pathogenic factors of food poisoning, The food poisoning of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the most common and the food poisoning occurred in Pudian District from 2010 to 2015 was dominated by animal food. Conclusion the form of food poisoning is still severe. In order to prevent food poisoning from harming people's health and life and property, We should strengthen the prevention and control of food poisoning, strengthen the work of food hygiene and safety, and effectively reduce and put an end to the occurrence of food poisoning.
