大學(xué)生靜息代謝率與體格發(fā)育的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生靜息代謝率與體格發(fā)育的相關(guān)性研究,獲得在校大學(xué)生靜息代謝率的多重線性回歸方程,為大學(xué)生膳食能量攝入與能量失衡相關(guān)疾病的預(yù)防提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,抽取廣東省大學(xué)生1 450人,年齡18~26歲。對(duì)受試者分別進(jìn)行靜息代謝率(RMR)和體格指標(biāo)的測(cè)定。以年齡、身高、體重、腰圍、臀圍、上臂圍等為自變量,通過(guò)多重線性回歸擬合出在校大學(xué)生的靜息代謝率的回歸方程。采用配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證所建立的回歸方程。結(jié)果男大學(xué)生中,體重(r=0.830)、腰圍(r=0.806)與靜息代謝率相關(guān)性最大。建立的回歸方程為RMR=4.244BW+7.451WC+6.401H+4.010HC+0.757UC+3.944A-881.245(P0.001,R2=0.838)。女大學(xué)生中,體重(r=0.926)、臀圍(r=0.827)和靜息代謝率相關(guān)最大。建立的回歸方程為RMR=8.516BW+3.678H+5.551UC+2.984HC+1.030WC-341.119(P0.001,R2=0.896)。結(jié)論本次研究發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生靜息代謝率與體格營(yíng)養(yǎng)指標(biāo)息息相關(guān);在校大學(xué)生靜息代謝率的多重線性回歸方程的建立,可以更好地指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生維持能量平衡平衡膳食,降低能量失衡相關(guān)疾病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the correlation between resting metabolic rate and physical development of college students and to obtain multiple linear regression equations of resting metabolic rate. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select 1 450 college students from Guangdong province. The subjects were measured with resting metabolic rate (RMRs) and physical parameters. Age, height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference and upper arm circumference were independent variables. The regression equation of resting metabolic rate of college students was fitted by multiple linear regression. The established regression equation was verified by paired t test. The regression equation was RMR=4.244BW 7.451WC 6.401H 4.010HC 0.757UC 3.944A-881.245P0.001R2. The regression equation was established as RMR=8.516BW 3.678H 5.551UC 2.984HC 1.030WC-341.119C P 0.001 R20.8960.Conclusion the resting metabolic rate of college students is closely related to the physical nutrition index. The establishment of multiple linear regression equations for resting metabolic rate of college students can better guide college students to maintain a balanced energy diet and reduce the risk of diseases related to energy imbalance.
