火車司機(jī)聽力問(wèn)題現(xiàn)況:瑞典Hasson聽力量表的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:[目的]首次將瑞典Hasson聽力量表應(yīng)用于中國(guó)火車司機(jī)職業(yè)人群,探索其適用性,分析該人群聽力問(wèn)題現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素。[方法]昆明鐵路局機(jī)務(wù)段昆明、廣通、開遠(yuǎn)3個(gè)地區(qū)在崗火車司機(jī)2 557人參加問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,將其中本崗位工齡3年以上、排除其他原因聽力下降和致聾者作為有效研究對(duì)象,共計(jì)2 045名。應(yīng)用瑞典Hasson等開發(fā)的聽力量表和自制問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查。于2014年7—9月完成調(diào)查。人口學(xué)資料采用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì),采用logistic回歸分析探索聽力問(wèn)題可能的影響因素。[結(jié)果]本次研究對(duì)象2 045人,均為男性,年齡(39.85±6.79)歲,工齡(18.00±11.00)年,電力機(jī)車司機(jī)占61.96%。量表測(cè)量結(jié)果顯示,火車司機(jī)聽力問(wèn)題率69.6%,聽力耗損率45.5%,耳鳴率63.4%,耳鳴困擾率49.7%,持續(xù)耳鳴率57.9%。logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示:換崗位數(shù)、司機(jī)工種、教育程度是火車司機(jī)聽力問(wèn)題的主要影響因素。不換崗位者、電力機(jī)車司機(jī)、教育程度越低者更容易有聽力問(wèn)題。量表信度和效度較高,克朗巴赫系數(shù)為0.803。[結(jié)論]Hasson等開發(fā)的聽力量表在中國(guó)火車司機(jī)職業(yè)人群首次應(yīng)用,得到了較高的信度和效度,適用性較好,查找到一些影響因素。本量表簡(jiǎn)明扼要,易于操作,在聽力問(wèn)題大樣本人群普查、初篩時(shí)有一定優(yōu)勢(shì);疖囁緳C(jī)聽力問(wèn)題不容樂(lè)觀,應(yīng)當(dāng)引起重視。
[Abstract]:[objective] to apply Swedish Hasson hearing scale to train drivers in China for the first time, to explore its applicability, to analyze the present situation of hearing problems and its influencing factors. [methods] Kunming, Guangtong, Kunming, Kunming Railway Bureau, was used for the first time. A total of 2 557 train drivers in 3 districts of Kaiyuan participated in the questionnaire survey, and their working experience was more than 3 years, excluding hearing loss and deafness from other causes as the effective research objects. A total of 2 045 subjects were investigated by using the hearing scale and self-made questionnaire developed by Hasson et al in Sweden. The survey was completed in July-September 2014. Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the possible influencing factors of hearing problems. [results] 2045 subjects were male, aged 39.85 鹵6.79 years, with working age of 18.00 鹵11.00 years, and electric locomotive drivers accounted for 61.96 years. The rate of hearing problems, hearing loss, tinnitus, tinnitus and persistent tinnitus of train drivers were 69.6%, 45.5%, 63.4%, 49.7% and 49.7% respectively. The results of 57.9%.logistic regression analysis showed that the number of jobs changed, the types of work of drivers, Education level is the main influencing factor of train drivers' hearing problems. Those who do not change jobs, electric locomotive drivers, the less educated people are more likely to have hearing problems, the reliability and validity of the scale is higher. The Cronbach coefficient is 0.803.Conclusion the hearing scale developed by Hasson et al has been used for the first time in Chinese train drivers' professional population. It has obtained high reliability and validity, and found some influential factors. The scale is simple and easy to operate. In the general survey of large sample population of hearing problems, there are some advantages in the initial screening. The train drivers' hearing problems are not optimistic and should be paid attention to.
