不同職業(yè)環(huán)境對(duì)人體代謝特征的影響

【摘要】:目的研究運(yùn)動(dòng)員、體力勞動(dòng)者和科研人員3類人群的代謝差異,對(duì)不同職業(yè)人群實(shí)施個(gè)性化的健康指導(dǎo)。方法隨機(jī)招募運(yùn)動(dòng)員(n=16)、體力勞動(dòng)者(n=28)及科研人員(n=11)志愿者共55人,分別收集3組志愿者晨尿。運(yùn)用一維核磁共振技術(shù)(nuclear magnetic resonance,1H-NMR)檢測(cè)尿液中的代謝產(chǎn)物,再通過模式識(shí)別的算法篩選尿液中代謝標(biāo)志物,根據(jù)尿液代謝標(biāo)志物研究3類人群的代謝表型。結(jié)果 3組志愿者之間存在著明顯的代謝差異,差異顯著(P0.05)的代謝標(biāo)志物有22個(gè)。結(jié)論本研究反映了3類人群腸道菌群活性、肌肉代謝和認(rèn)知功能等之間的差異,為人群健康狀態(tài)綜合評(píng)價(jià)提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the metabolic differences among athletes, manual workers and researchers, and to provide individualized health guidance to different occupational groups. Morning urine samples were collected from 3 groups of volunteers. The metabolites in urine were detected by 1H-NMRs and the metabolic markers in urine were screened by pattern recognition algorithm. The metabolic phenotypes of the three groups were studied according to the urine metabolic markers. Results there were significant metabolic differences among the three groups (P 0.05). Conclusion this study reflects the intestinal microflora activity of the three groups. The differences between muscle metabolism and cognitive function provide a new idea for comprehensive evaluation of population health status.
