【摘要】：目的掌握湘潭市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)X射線診斷機(jī)房防護(hù)水平,保護(hù)放射工作人員及公眾的放射安全與身體健康。方法依據(jù)《醫(yī)用X射線診斷放射防護(hù)要求》GBZ130-2013的要求,對X射線診斷機(jī)房進(jìn)行屏蔽設(shè)施情況現(xiàn)場調(diào)查及防護(hù)檢測。結(jié)果 2015年度調(diào)查的88家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)防護(hù)總合格率為85.2%;檢測的168間X射線診斷機(jī)房防護(hù)檢測總合格率為92.3%。結(jié)論湘潭市當(dāng)前更新和淘汰老舊的X射線診斷機(jī)和機(jī)房門,才是提高放射防護(hù)正當(dāng)化、最優(yōu)化的重中之重。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the level of protection of X-ray diagnostic machine room in Xiangtan medical institution and to protect the radiation safety and health of radiation workers and the public. Methods according to the requirements of GBZ130-2013 for medical X-ray diagnostic radiation protection, Results the total qualified rate of 88 medical institutions investigated in 2015 was 85.2, and the total qualified rate of 168 X-ray diagnostic machine rooms was 85.2. Conclusion Xiangtan City is currently updating and eliminating the old X-ray diagnostic machine and the door of the machine room. Is to improve the legitimacy of radiation protection, optimization of the top priority.
